If you are driving thru Gainesville FL and you and your crew are hungry. This is going to be your jam! Healthier than a fast food restaurant and efficient and detailed oriented. I was driving to Boca Raton and I was hungry when I saw the billboard of this restaurant. So I decided to stay hungry to enjoy some cuban food. Mi Apa Latin cafe is definitely one of my go-to spots on the weekends! they have quick service and delicious, authentic Cuban food. whenever my parents come visit, they always want to go to Mi Apa! The food is so fresh as well, and the service is great.

My boyfriend took me to Mi Apa today after a long day of work. Both of us had not eaten today so we were both cranky. Thankfully our awesome server Sergio was the cure to our hangriness! He was quick and on top of everything. I got the Miami sandwich and my boyfriend got this bowl with beef, rice and plantains. We sat outside on the patio and despite that we never felt ignored by Sergio. Great service, food and ambiance. Will definitely be coming again!
