Everytime I visit this location I always have a pleasant experience and great customer service. I don't remember the last young ladies name that served me, but she was so beautiful with colorful locks and had the best personality and attitude for customer service. She made my experience excellent!
So the whole reason to order online is to get there and it be done and you just pick it up. Well the last 10 times I have done this at the lake city fl starbucks it hasn't been done nor has it even been started. Mind you I give them 10 or more mins before I go in to do it so that I don't feel like I'm rushing them. I would understand if they are busy but most times it hasn't been. Not even one person in the line to order. One time I went in there and no one...
I love this Starbucks location. My drink is always on point even with customizations added. The blonde barista, Boots, is always o kind and brightens my morning. The whole team is always pleasant.
