“Here for dinner on absolutely packed Saturday night. Callie (I’m assuming a food runner / hostess ) brought our food to us . Let me just say she was an absolute ray of sunshine . She was so kind in such a brief moment but it made a huge impact. She even went and got some things we needed when she didn’t have to and was back in what seemed like a flash . I love how she was so willing to jump in and be a big help to our server while he was so busy . 10/10 . Thank you Callie for making such a great impression in such a small moment of time“

“We were staying in Lake City for the night. Decided to try LongHorn restaurant for dinner. Upon arrival we noticed the parking lot was quite full. Pretty popular destination. Went inside and were greeted immediately and then seated without any wait. Pleasant surprise. Our server for the evening, Hallie G., came to the table quickly with menu's, a greeting, and a smile. She stopped by a few minutes later for our drink order. When she returned with our flavored tea she took our order. We both ordered Ribeye steaks. I made a special request for grilled asparagus versus steamed. She wasn't sure if the cooks could accommodate it due to their being very busy in the restaurant. She stated however that she would certainly ask for us. She must have asked very nicely. What are Bill arrived at the table complete with grilled asparagus for me it all smelled wonderful. The steaks were cooked perfectly. They were the best steaks I've ever had at Longhorn. The grilled asparagus was cooked wonderfully and tasted great with my steak and baked potato. When I return to Lake City on my next trip, I know exactly where I will be eating dinner. Thank you Longhorn and especially Hallie G. For a wonderful dinner and a great experience.“
