“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Over the years, we’ve celebrated so many special moments here — birthdays, anniversaries, and major milestones — and every visit has carried the same warmth and familiarity. “Seems like every time we go we have to send something back or they forget something which let's everything else get cold while you wait to complete your meal. This last time they didn't even use a filet when that's the cut we ordered they tried to pass a sirloin because it was covered with crusted parm. Once we get the kinks worked out the meal is good. The waitress is always amazing.“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“I came in with a party of five and waited almost 40 minutes to be seated. We were starting to get a little frustrated but it was very busy and the host was definitely overworked. However our server Rylee completely turned the experience around. He was amazing! He greeted us with everything we needed, took our orders efficiently, explained everything clearly, kept our drinks full, and stayed upbeat despite the busy rush. The food took a while to come out, but it was definitely worth the wait. Overall, a great experience thanks to Rylee and I definitely left satisfied.“

“Can I just start off by saying outstanding customer service to Sebastian. If your manager is reading this please give this gentleman a raise 🙏! He was fast , very educated about the menu items , and full of joy with a charming smile . Our experience was lovely here and the food was the bomb . Mom dukes had the baby back ribs full of so much flavor and a great portion that covered the whole plate. Me myself the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were phenomenal 😋 along with the fresh handmade french fries. Also, for dessert, the fudge sundae was delicious as well . If your looking for a afforable restaurant Firebirds is definitely it ! If you go to this location ask for Sebastian he will definitely make sure your served with the upmost respect. “My husband and I traveled to Jacksonville, FL. for a Mayo Clinic appointment. Because the TPC Sawgrass golf tournament was during this same time, we stayed near the airport. Right down the road there was Longhorne’s. We went and goodness! It was packed, with a waiting line. We decided (as we usually do) to eat at the bar. GREAT decision because Natalie was our server. She was incredibly busy, did not have enough help, and was waiting not only on the tables, but the bar too. The entire time Natalie kept a sweet smile on her face and you’d never know how overloaded she was. We had such a nice meal. Plus! I have celiac and she made darn certain my food was safe. I never know until 4 or so hours later but guess what? Her hawkeye measures were on point! Honestly, it’s been a good while since we’ve had such an outstanding server, regardless of where we have eaten. Natalie deserves a huge shout out for being an amazing server & employee! When we go back to Mayo, we will likely stay in the same area, eat at Longhorn’s hope she’s working again. I highly recommend THIS Longhorn’s and be sure to request Natalie!!!🤩“
