“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “Our experience at Terra Gaucha has always felt like being with family. Over the years, we’ve celebrated so many special moments here — birthdays, anniversaries, and major milestones — and every visit has carried the same warmth and familiarity. Now that we’re back, we were blown away by the thoughtful additions to the menu and the elevated dining experience. “The food was amazing. Our watier was on point. Also, we had additional waiters and a waitress who were very helpful and on point. The only feedback I can give to assist with timing. We had to wait for over 20 mins for our check and notice that other people who came after us (in a party like us) were done, cashed out, and new people were being seated. Thank you.“

“If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“Been a while since I ate at an Outback. Disappointed the ribeyes were all out. So we had the center cut sirloin, medium rare, cooked perfectly.
Started with a serving of fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce. The dinner rolls are still great. Got a loaded baked potato 🥔, asparagus, sautéed mushrooms and a wedge salad 🥗. Washed it all down with a pleasant red wine. 🍷
Server was attentive, friendly and obliging.

“I don’t often review chain restaurants because I don’t often go to them. When I do, I keep my expectations low. We went to this Longhorn because we didn’t have a vehicle and it was nearby. When we got there, it was packed, there was a line to check in, and people were waiting outside. We managed to get seats at the bar so we just ended up ordering from there. I had a filet and it was quite good! Cooked to order and not dry at all. I also had rice pilaf which had a little kick to it—which I like. What got me to write this review, however, was the stellar staff at this location. The bartender was super friendly and helpful, and the hostess did a great job even though she was very busy. They put the hockey game on tv for us right away when we asked. I don’t even have a suggestion for improving anything here.“

“This is the kind of service I truly appreciate. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye cooked medium rare, and the grill master absolutely nailed it—it was cooked to perfection. Our server, Leah, was friendly, attentive, and very hospitable. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening and provided outstanding service.

My lady ordered the pork chops, and they were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were just as impressive. I enjoyed the broccoli, mashed potatoes, and sautéed onions and mushrooms, while she had the loaded mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad that she cleaned off the plate.

Overall, the food and service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back, and we'll be asking for Leah to be our server again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful dining experience!“

“I hadn't been to Longhorns in years. I will surprised how well the food was prepared and how well the food tasted. I was seated after 10pm and the restaurant was still full with customers. Longhorns has discovered a system that works and they stick to what works for them. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the entire family.“
