“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Over the years, we’ve celebrated so many special moments here — birthdays, anniversaries, and major milestones — and every visit has carried the same warmth and familiarity. “The bone in filet mignon was sooo tender and flavorful. One of the best I have ever eaten. My wife had the lobster special Oscar style and she raved about it. Service was amazing and the atmosphere nice and quiet. We have eaten at the Washington D.C. location many times and this was our first time eating in Jacksonville. “For Ruth’s Chris to be a chain restaurant, I was extremely impressed. Food was amazing throughout the entire meal (probably the best Caesar I’ve ever had), and the service was highly attentive and personal. “If your not in a rush, the atmosphere is great, but the service was extremely slow at 2pm on a Friday and not very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the order of a burger, side salad, strawberry salad and onion soup, plus another 20 minutes just to get the bill, and your water was never filled.“

“Been a while since I ate at an Outback. Disappointed the ribeyes were all out. So we had the center cut sirloin, medium rare, cooked perfectly.
Started with a serving of fried mushrooms with horseradish sauce. The dinner rolls are still great. Got a loaded baked potato 🥔, asparagus, sautéed mushrooms and a wedge salad 🥗. Washed it all down with a pleasant red wine. 🍷
Server was attentive, friendly and obliging.

“I don’t often review chain restaurants because I don’t often go to them. When I do, I keep my expectations low. We went to this Longhorn because we didn’t have a vehicle and it was nearby. When we got there, it was packed, there was a line to check in, and people were waiting outside. We managed to get seats at the bar so we just ended up ordering from there. I had a filet and it was quite good! Cooked to order and not dry at all. I also had rice pilaf which had a little kick to it—which I like. What got me to write this review, however, was the stellar staff at this location. The bartender was super friendly and helpful, and the hostess did a great job even though she was very busy. They put the hockey game on tv for us right away when we asked. I don’t even have a suggestion for improving anything here.“

A crispy and juicy Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast 6/8oz with side salad of fresh greens no iceberg , cucumbers, tomato, croutons, cheese in a deep salad bowl(so you can cut and toss it without decorating your table side. What started as just a regular Sunday dinner turned into something much more meaningful—another opportunity to spend time with my 82-year-old father. As we get older, those moments become priceless, and LongHorn helped make this one a great memory.

We arrived around 6 PM during the dinner rush and were seated in less than 20 minutes, which was very reasonable considering how busy the restaurant was. There was a short wait before our server made it to the table, but after seeing how hard she was working and how many guests she was taking care of, it was completely understandable—and absolutely worth the wait.

Our waitress, Makenzie, was outstanding. Professional, attentive, personable, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. Even with a full section, she checked on us multiple times, kept drinks topped off, made sure everything came out correctly, and never made us feel overlooked. Great service can make a meal memorable, and Makenzie delivered the kind of service that deserves recognition. If there were a 10-star option, she’d get all 10.

The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff worked together well, and despite the Sunday crowd, everything seemed to run smoothly.

As for the food—it was excellent. We ordered the Ribeye, Pork Chops, and an Old Fashioned. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My father doesn’t hand out compliments easily, but he said the food was great, which says a lot. The Ribeye was tender and seasoned well, the Pork Chops were delicious, and the Old Fashioned was one of the better ones I’ve had.

What stood out most was that we never felt rushed. We were able to enjoy our meal, have a good conversation, and simply appreciate the time together. Sometimes the value of a restaurant isn’t just the food—it’s the experience it creates.

Thank you to the team at LongHorn Steakhouse, and especially Makenzie, for helping turn an ordinary Sunday evening into a memorable one. Great food, excellent service, a clean restaurant, and quality family time. We’ll definitely be back.

Normally this store services a very good outlaw buy this time not so good. I guess Mother's day is not a good time for Longhorn and Outlaw steaks.“
