I had a reservation for 12;45 and finally got drinks at 2:10. The wait in front was 50 minutes and sat at the table for 30 minutes to get drinks. Extremely frustrating for handicapped. Poor management and front desk overwhelmed and uninformed. The seats and table were wet and I had to dry them myself.
Either too few servers also overwhelmed. The only positive was food. Unacceptable for not being to handle a management and it planning process
