Their cilantro-grilled chicken was an absolute melt-in-your mouth delicacy doused with cheese sauce and topped with onion rings. They have changed their menu and Parmesan crusted chicken is the next best alternative. Onion rings are another firecracker! The potato side dishes come in huge portions. The side of vegetable medley is cooked perfectly. Port mushrooms are my favorite side dish to order. Chicken pasta as well as T-bone steak are decent sized food portions. Filet mignon is usually prepared quite rare in the middle. Grilled salmon flakes beautifully.Dietary restrictions: Limited veggie options.

We sat outside and their patio is very clean and cozy, had cool drink specials, and we loved our appetizer and entrees! Our server was excellent

We sat on the patio the weather was beautiful. We did ask them to close the open windows due to the bugs coming in which they did immediately. Wine was cold, menu had a lot of selections. Our server was new so a little slow checking in but very friendly. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly!

Went here with a group of friends after work. Excellent food and service. Always love this place. Returned for another round with friends after work. Everyone enjoyed their steaks. I loved my deviled eggs and mixed veggies. Service was top notch once again
Food was good. Husband and I ate here for our anniversary. I had the surf and turf with a lobster tail and bacon wrapped sirloin along with the street corn. My husband had the grilled salmon and shrimp with the rice pilaf and vegetables.It was pretty good overall and great service. Food could’ve been warmer and the lobster had no seasoning but I would give it another try.

Ordered the 3 course meal for 2. The food was good except my steak was rare rather than medium rare. Everything still was good and our server Mariah was very attentive and nice. We had one Caesar salad and one BLT salad, 1 grilled salmon and 1 steak, and 2 brulee cheesecakes. We also had the Philly Cheesesteak eggrolls.
On Easter Sunday we were going to try a new restaurant that had just opened in the town center. Lucky for us they were closed! We went to Firebirds instead and tried it for the 1st time. Wow! the food was great, good portions and great atmosphere here. Really enjoyed everything and our service by Tre was 5 star. No complaints here. Will be back soon and look forward to our next experience. Thank you Tre at Firebirds.
We went for lunch, our service was under the establishment need training , serving the table in a unprofessional manner like and a fast food or a dinner, finish plate wasn’t pick up from the table , I need to ask for them to be remove , I noticed the recovery of the table was 3 persons and for server for more then 5 table only 1, the kitchen was screen names to the floor , I thought I was in better stylish restaurant no in a Waffle House , food was good but the experience on the floor is for no to return, nothing was positive just more of no quality and poor service.I guess that is the normal ? high prices and poor quality and service.Charge for the food but give to the customer services and quality. Time to train and practice how to serve is so important it is the first impression of that customer.Vegetarian options: The imposible hamburger, fry’s bake potatoSome vegetables and ricesParking: Great closed to the restaurant

Had drinks, wing appetizer, and a Cajun ribeye. Steak was horrible. Rubbery and over done, well.done, vs how we ordered medium rare. We showed this to our bartender/waiter. She offered another but we don't do that out of fear of kitchen repercussions, etc. We (sharing) only ate maybe 1/2 the steak. No relief was offered or given on the final bill.

My biggest question is why would they get rid of the peppercorn steak? Went lastnight for most likely the last time. I had the worst cut sirloin. It was cooked medium to my request but it was extremely bland and chewy. I passed pieces around to my entire party and everyone agreed. The pasta was just blah as well. This place use to be so good. Not so much anymore

Firebird's is our go to spot at home in Brentwood, so we knew we would not be disappointed....The Jacksonville team has raised the bar for us...The execution, presentation and service were best in class! Evelisse was attentive, professional, have great suggestions and was exceptional with our young children! The General Manager was also very personable and attentive to everything going on both FOH and BOH. He didnt miss a beat! Hats off to the entire team at the Firebird's Jacksonville location.
