We had 2 pm reservations on Thanksgiving Day and were surprised only a short wait to be seated. We spend every holiday here and have always loved every aspect of our dining experience. Things started off great but within fifteen minutes we were surrounded by a large party of 20 which seemed to take all the servers attention and the Gauchos never had any meats left by time they got into the back corner where we were. Surprisingly dissapointed- Limited meats came to the table, slow/unresponsive service. We were a 5 top, daughter and 2 adult teens to get them 1st time Brazillian steak house experience- Should have gone to the Texas or FoGo options.
