“I can’t for the life of me figure out how to leave a review on Texas Roadhouse website (and the in store Ziosk didn’t give me the option to type anything out) but I just wanted to thank our server today again for the amazing service we received from her. Her name is Lucille. She was absolutely phenomenal. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 plus years I’ve always given my tables the type of service that I would like to receive when I go out to eat and that very rarely ever happens but today it happened! Today I was blown away by the kindness, efficiency, and personality my family and I received. It’s hard to go out to eat with a 1 year old. Food arriving on time is a must when serving littles because the parents don’t necessarily get to enjoy their own meal if the food all comes out at one time. Lucille made sure we had a quality experience by not making us feel rushed to order our own food. She really was the highlight of my day because it was so nice to be served by someone who actually cares. I like to give credit where credit is due and this girl deserves some recognition! I hope one of the managers sees this post and actually recognizes the pride she takes in her job and thanks her for being an outstanding employee. Thank you Lucille for an amazing late lunch service and when we go back we will definitely be asking for you ❤️“

“This place was amazing. We were greeted with a smile from the sweet hostess. Our server was awesome. We ordered the stuffed portobello and the prime rib. They were both delicious. Our craft cocktails were perfect. Manager was great and checked on us a couple of times. Honestly one of the best dinning experiences we’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to go back.“
