The location near Win Dixie in Lake City Florida has not been as good as it used to be. My last 3 orders made this month I did get all of my food but the quality was terrible. Drowned in sauce, cheese not melted, quesadillas not cut right, potatoes so dried out and I was not able to eat them they are stale and over cooked. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and all 3 times I visited they still put lettuce.

Bad service, 3 different errors with one order, you have to yell into the kitchen to get anyone's attention so they'll come to the counter. Skip this place, go to the one on 90 by the mall

I love Taco Bell, but I will never return to this location again. Tacos had next to nothing in them at all, no lettuce, no cheese. The guy at the window seemed clueless. Gave me the wrong order, and when I handed it back I waited forever for my food. NEVER AGAIN!

My Gordita Crunch that i had just gotten in the Luxe Box had a really stale and horrible tasting crunchy taco shell in it and was awful, not to mention the order was messed up and i had to wait in the drive thru for well over 5 mins. The people in window did not look like they enjoyed their job and had a horrible attitude. BE BETTER GUYS!

I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. They were only 1/3 full of meat and cheese. No lettuce. I also ordered a bean burrito. Very little content, just basically a rolled up tortilla with a littel bean and onion. I almost called the police because they had ripped me off. What a lame business. I live 9 miles out of town, and by the time I got home to eat it, I wasn't going back in to complain. Do yourself a favor and avoid this rip off establishment.
