I ordered 4 meals last night two young ladies were working all 4 meals were cold meat that tasted weird and when I asked for sauce I was giving 5 packs for 4 different meals ridiculous I will not be coming back just doesn’t make any sense to be that lazy when the guys are working the food is good and hot I don’t know what the ladies had going on but all meals were disgusting and a complete waste of money not to mention I am pregnant and your serving food that could have harmed me or my unborn get another job if you don’t like this one

Pulled into the drive thru at 10:00pm Friday night and greeted with an unexpected friendly, polite employee. The food was fresh and service was great. I appreciate employees like this. If I'm the owner and I read this review I'm definitely finding out who was working this night and giving this crew a well deserved kudos!

Ordered food in the drive thru. Got home to check everything and the nacho fries I had ordered were dumped out in the bottom of the bag with all the other food placed on top. I know this wasn’t accidental because the container for the fries was empty on top of all other items. If you’re not going to care about your job, consider finding another one.

Just got drive through take out for me an my wife. The food taste was good. Yet the crunch wrap had all the meat and veggies to one side and it wasn’t pressed down and fell out all over me in the truck. On top of the young lady that worked the window had a horrible attitude with us asking for some sauce. Then rolled her eyes when my wife told her to have a blessed day.

Had to wait at counter for someone to take our order for several minutes. A person was begging for food while we were waiting for someone to take our order. After several minutes we placed our order and the begger person was wearing jewelry I can't even afford but still begging. My ice cream had a big hole in center so ice cream fell off. Was a terrible Sunday afternoon treat.

My wife’s brother ordered a chicken quesadilla with no spicy sauce and extra cheese. My wife ordered a cheese quesadilla, simple enough. Instead, both came out with chicken and extra cheese. When we asked them to fix it, the woman in the kitchen immediately caught an attitude. She remade it — but still wrong, this time without spicy sauce, but not the way the menu describes. When we politely asked again for it to be made properly, their tone turned even worse.
To top it off, when we first arrived, we had to stand there and wait to order because one of the workers was busy making trays of ice and completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment — just us standing there like we were invisible.
This Taco Bell is incredibly unprofessional. I honestly feel sorry for this town if this is considered acceptable service. We will not be coming back.

They can NEVER get an order right whether it’s in store, pick up or delivery. Sent me half of someone else’s order and half of my order. Put little to no food in the tacos. Done with this location.
The location near Win Dixie in Lake City Florida has not been as good as it used to be. My last 3 orders made this month I did get all of my food but the quality was terrible. Drowned in sauce, cheese not melted, quesadillas not cut right, potatoes so dried out and I was not able to eat them they are stale and over cooked. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and all 3 times I visited they still put lettuce.

Bad service, 3 different errors with one order, you have to yell into the kitchen to get anyone's attention so they'll come to the counter. Skip this place, go to the one on 90 by the mall
