Just came through drive through and my large fry in my combo meal wasn’t even filled but a third of the way , and my husbands burgers feel cool to the touch.

They at 7;32 pm only had one baked potato and we wanted 2 one with bacon and cheese and the other with sour cream and chives and now this is the 3 time this month they didn’t have them and my cheese and back was horrible

The place was empty. They were not busy. I got the son of the baconator. The bun was stale and the burger was not hot and juicy as most Wendy's burgers. The soda was mainly carbon water and tasted terrible. The ketchup was out so had to get packets. With no customers and two employees setting on their butts, this is unacceptable.

I hate to leave a mediocre review because everywhere has issues at some point. But having been at the car dealership for over 4 hrs in the service department and an hour and a half drive back home...the best friend who is currently 5mnts pregnant and I decided on this location bc we don't have one where we live and it's always good. The drive thru associate was awesome she was on point...none of the remainder of my review reflects on her like I said she was great! But first off Best Friend wanted the biggest sweet tea they have but we were informed immediately they were out of ice! Like what how does that even happen at a large fast food establishment. I've seen other restaurants go to the jiffy store and load up on bag ice before they tell the customer they don't have any. Not the worst part BF still wanted the LG Sweet tea we received our order rather quickly shockingly fast actually well we asked for some ranch sauce low and behold NO RANCH either! Anyway we leave get on the road a mile or two down the road BF took a huge sip of her tea and it was incredibly soured un drinkable! So we pull over at a jiffy store to pour that out and go in and buy another drink. She didn't mention anything negative about her food...but mine was just not good at all! The bun was stale and cold the meat patty was paper thin and the edges were burnt to a crisp making it extremely difficult to eat it I took 2 more bites as I was starving but even it being overloaded with mayonnaise it was so dry I couldn't hardly chew it...out it went and back in the road I got to home. Like I said I don't typically leave negative reviews unless something is absolutely terrible...but this entire experience was a bust and if this is the norm for this particular location I'd have to 10/10 Not recommend.

This restaurant is always out of product; which is understandable to run out of items,but I'm sure it's a matter of lack of detail...there has been no chili my last two visits amongst other things...guest are given the option of paying by card only regularly...staff are always outdoors on side entrance, hanging out or smoking etc.

Every single time I order from this store I never get what I ordered. I paid for the extras and thats exactly what I got extra pissed off. Everything I walk in the store im always waiting for someone to take my order and then they act like im asking to much. Its the night crew. I work in food and we would never treat our customers like this. I never get what I order or they dont have it. New management would probably make a big difference.

I used to go in wendys for breakfast twice a week and then one day they just had doors locked told us go thru drive thru so we did then they had a problem with us asking for two separate orders because my mom and niece pays together and I'm separate I pay myself. They told us we can't it was crazy idk wat they had going on but we've never been back. Also bacon & cheese baked potatoes they only make one pan full at lunch and once there all sold out they don't cook more! That is not cool. So that was Wendy's out hwy 90 so now we go to the Wendy's on 41 much better!

It’s a rude girl name serenity that works there at the window that wears the same jeans everyday has a attitude every time you come if you ask her for anything she act as if it bothers her so bad she never greets customers or says thank you or gave a nice day she shuts the window in your face to be so nasty you must walk a straight line never do anything wrong I caught her smoking a vape in the dining room area and recorded it I’ll be sending it to corporate since she’s so rude and nasty she doesn’t need the job.
