We had a wonderful server, Brandon, great kid and enthusiastic. We were really anticipating a wonderful meal based on his presentation and energy. 3 of the four of us went with prime rib. One rare and 2 med rare. Unfortunately none of them were cooked. The meat was not served as a traditional cut of prime rib roast but more of a lumpy axed mass of fat and tendon. We were very impressed with the menu selections and pricing but felt short changed in the end

1st time visiting & we had a group of people! Happy hour drink specials (wine) was decent. $5 caprese skewer looked like it was slopped together, not impressed! (presentation is key!!!!) Portions are great! Let's talk about the pasta...way over sauced, like drenched!! More sauce than pasta too! One of our guests didn't like her dish b/c of all the sauce & the manager refused to remake her another dish!! Left a great impression, sike! ? You know we won't be back. We liked the piano guy! He had everyone sing Happy Birthday to one of our guest. And FYI they added an automatic 20% gratuity to each one of our bills!! My honest opinion...

I have been to Cassadaga a few times but coming to Sinatra's was a first. The food was absolutely amazing, so much so that I would gladly travel the two hours from my home again to sample something else. The decor had me drooling, with all the old furniture and paintings, I was in heaven! My only complaint was the service was sub par, she didn't come to check on us once but was very attentive to her other tables so other than that, I will definitely be a repeat customer!Parking: The parking lot is small and it's always busy there so it can be somewhat difficult to park directly in front of the restaurant.

Very cute little restaurant in the heart of Cassadaga… horrible service. Waitress spilled an entire glass of sprite on our friend. Extremely slow service and the food was not very good. (TMI) Actually my friend and I had experienced diarrhea sequentially very soon after our visit. . . Now back to the service - incredibly slow and felt like we were being held hostage to pay the bill.

Fantastic ambience and the food was delicious. I sampled the lemon chicken with artichoke hearts.. very, very good. The marinara sauce was as good as I've had. Very nice experience with my family.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for something other than fast food. Slim pickings around Lake Helen. I had driven by the establishment for the last 4 months and decided to pop in for lunch. The Iced Tea was very good. The cream of chicken and mushroom soup was OK not great. I ordered Manicotti thinking there was no way to screw up Manicotti. I was wrong. I don't know what seasoning they mixed into the ricotta if that was even ricotta but it was very unappealing. The pasta was not the conventional tube pasta typically used for Manicotti but flat Lasagna pasta rolled to look like Manicotti. The pasta was cold and rubbery. I could only get down a few bites. The garlic bread slice was not so great either. Honestly, for $25 I could have bought four frozen Stouffer's Manicotti meals and it would have been much better. The service was good. It would have been a cool little place to bring friends from out of town but I'm better off at Olive Garden.

A restaurant full of history and charm, with very good food also. My burger was perfection, as was my friend's meatball ciabatta, and I am still thinking about those cannolis days later!

First off -- it's Cassadaga -- land of the spiritual retreats & mediums. The Cassadaga Hotel and this restaurant within it are real throw-backs to old memories. As such I love it! There is a Happy Hour menu (maybe weekdays) that is just right for me -- 2 for 1 house wine (other wines are reasonably priced) and small dishes for $5. The steak slider and bruchetta were good. The server was charming, service was a bit slow because she was running her a** off to serve ALL tables and the bar patrons. This is management's issue as the manager sat there paper-working. ** don't come expecting BigCity gourmet cuisine. What it is will be served with a smile & raise a glass to Sinatra!

We decided to eat at the restaurant since we were staying in the hotel. We were told there was a 25$ per person minimum, but we only wanted to eat light, as there is no refrigerator in the hotel room for any leftovers. The server had to talk it over with a manager. That kind of set the tone for the evening. We were not overall WOWed with the dinner items tonight, or service in general.(Arancini, salad and ravioli were underwhelming, steak was okay, shrimp was good, potatoes were great)We have eaten here once before and everything was wonderful, so hoping tonight was a one-off.
