Sushi wasn't wrapped very well, but tasted good. Waitress forgot all about me for 20 mins after my food came. The bartender came over to help me and brought the check. Grateful for the bartender. Will not come back or recommend.

My family and I would always eat at Amura at least twice a week. Their lobster roll is absolutely delicious and the only reason we have stopped going there is because they put urinals in the girls bathroom. I’m totally against that and for that reason we will no longer be a customer of theirs.

The sushi here has major issues. First, the raw shrimp was not deveined. Second, the sushi rice was sickly sweet almost like candy — it ruined the entire order of food from the sushi bar. I ended up having to discard all the rice and didn’t eat the rolls I ordered. Our appetizer of Tempura Green Beans was wonderful and our server was fast and courteous. That said, I’ve never had sushi I didn’t like until now. I would not recommend eating here.

This place is so bad now. Words can't even describe how it was, at one time, a great place for sushi with stylish decor. Granted, it was a long time ago. Everything in the immediate area was dead on a recent holiday evening, so we walked in thinking this could be OK. We sat at the bar and ordered a bottled beer and a volcano roll. Back when I worked in the area in 2010, I ate here all the time. The volcano roll was decadent with a creamy scallop topping over a California roll. What came out to us on Monday night was unidentifiable. Tried to pull off a piece and it fell apart. It was just a pile of goo with heavy oil over rice and the plate. It was swimmingin oil. We took a bite apprehensively and that was it. She took away our plate and didn't even ask why we left it behind. There weren't many people there and after looking around and UP you can see so much filth. Then the fruit flies arrived and that was our cue to get the check and leave. We'll never step foot inside this disgustingly dirty establishment again and hopefully you won't either. RIP Amura.

I give 2 stars because the service was fine. The food….I can make better Ramen with a packet from the grocery store. I got the spicy seafood and it tasted like slightly spicy and unflavorful water. The soft boiled egg that is typically of the dish was a fried egg slid into the pan.
Do. Not. Order. This. $17 for something you can make for $4 in your microwave.

Main dining experience is very subpar. The decor is out dated. I had the deluxe sushi combo and some of the pieces were still frozen! The best thing I ate there was the salad that came with my sushi entree. Our waitress was great tho and was very attentive. I would not eat the sushi here again.
