This location offers a standard brand experience with the franchise menu. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful, and they do not mind when kids ring the loud bell for good service. The food is fresh and can be quite hot to the tongue especially the jalapeno poppers.
If the tea isn't put out forget it I'm not going here anymore everything else is high fructose crap.

Used the mobile app for the first time... works well. When I got there there were two cars ahead of me. It took a long time in Chik-Fil-A minutes to get my food, and there were four errors:
* employee said there were two mobile orders with my last name, and when I provided my first name, said that information was unavailable to her. She allegedly had no other method to verify that the order was mine... I had to read the ordered items from the app for her to identify it. * milkshake had whipped cream on it... I unchecked that box in the app. * side was missing from bag. Was provided after I asked for it. * for every item I could (three, I think), in the app I requested Arby's sauce. I got nothing but ketchup.
In short, it was a logistical nightmare. Without me there to point my finger and say "that's wrong" several times, it wouldn't have ended in success.
So, hire someone with a finger, have them point it and say "that's wrong" a lot. Chances are you'll improve your process on average.

Drove thru for Fish sandwich but it's not available until Christmas. No smiles but my Gyro was tasty, just no Napkins in bag or ketchup. Mgmt policy prob only allows items requested to go out tho. Good food. Just be specific re special requests/orders. No one was rude. They were probably just very busy.

Outstanding! I've never been to such an awesome Arby's in my 20 years of living. The food was amazing, they cooked our fries fresh and they were perfectly crispy. The crew were friendly, helpful, and very patient. Even the conversations I hear them having in the kitchen are nice to hear. The restaurant was as clean as a fast food place can get (I know, I worked at a fast food place).
