Plenty of people have told me they don't like Arby's and after visiting this location myself, twice, I don't understand why. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly - there's nothing not to like!

This is our Arby’s and we were hungry! The milkshake machine was broken, but the restaurant did an excellent job with our order and using our coupons! Tom got the Reuben sandwich and I got the roast beef/cheddar cheese sandwich! Both were excellent and they made our curly fries fresh and HOT!!! Hats off to Tammy, Melissa, Erwin, and Ziah! 😘👍🤗👏

We went inside and went up to the front counter. We waited about five minutes and we could easily hear the staff talking amongst themselves and laughing in the back. Seeing that the staff here were more interested in having fun instead of serving customers we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Came in today around 5:15 PM yesterday for lunch, I placed my order online. We arrived, and we walked in there was one person in the back working the food line alone. Along with 2 younger girls. They had a line inside that was just waiting (3 people) being ignored for a few minutes before any one was assisted with taking order. Took them about 8 minutes to bag my whole order item by item while doing multiple other tasks, I called it that our food would be cold by the time we traveled back to site to eat. There was another lady in there, an elder and she even said to the gentleman standing in the line still waiting for his order to be taken, that “we are like nobody here, they just ignore us” she waited 5 minutes after her order was up just for her side of fries. She was sitting inside with her husband, they are regulars she told me personally! I did experience myself one of the girls, I have the name but prefer not to make public as very unprofessional, eye rolling and stuck up. The other girl that I didn’t get a name for was on the head set with the crew on shift talking bad about either customer, or someone else who works at Arby’s. We are regulars , but we are deciding we will stay at bay from this location until some issues are resolved. If a manager could call me to discuss, would be greatly appreciated.

This is a great Arbys. Food’s good (we had the Deluxe hamburger, a Reuben, and crinkle fries) and the staff is great. We WERE going to eat at the MacDonalds down the street but there was no staff (all kiosks, that didn’t even work well), and the eating area was so sterile it felt dystopian. Is that what MCDonalds has become? This Arbys is the direct opposite. Will keep coming here.

I wish I could give more stars. It was 11 pm..roast beef, Mac n cheese and jalapeño bites. Absolutely, the best meal I've ever gotten from ANY Arby's. EVERYTHING was hot and yumtastic!!! And guy at window was awesome too!!! And these cookies....oh my delightful
