Imagine my surprise. I see a “Silly Philly” on the menu with a picture. It looks great, so I order it exactly as shown—no substitutions, no changes.
Then I find out I’m being charged extra for the burrito. The extra charge is for the queso that is pictured on the burrito.
That is monumentally stupid.
I’m done with this place—despite the food being good—until this is fixed.

Fell in love with Bubbakoo's when we stumbled upon the location near Disney Springs & frequented that one EVERY time we went to the parks and ALWAYS left impressed. Recommended it to friends & family. We live in Ormond so a bit away, but it was my wife's birthday on February 25th and I had a surprise for her nearby so we visited this location and it wasn't anywhere close to the same experience. Her steak & shrimp hibachi bowl came out with the shrimp completely raw, see through. I brought it back to the counter and it took soooo long to remake her order that she had to go back up to the counter & my burrito was completely cold when her meal came back out. Not to mention that it was missing several things. At that point wasn't worth another trip to the counter. Hopefully it's just a isolated location issue

I ordered a quesadilla and it arrived wrong. I called and spoke to a lady and she told me there was nothing she could do. I told her I was going to leave a poor review and she said go ahead. I've ordered from here and never had a problem. I would think they would be more accommodating and listen to me as a repeat customer. Apparently not. I guess here, the customer isn't always right.
