1/21 at 2PM i doordashed a harissa chicken salad, with mods including no avocado. Not only did the salad have none of my preferences, it included avocado AND HAD NO MEAT. How do you sell a chicken salad with no chicken? $15 for lettuce and sweet potatoes. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

My God, I discovered this place on yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences that we’ve had dining out in quite a while. Everything was fresh and delicious. This will be my new go to place. I could not praise it any higher .

I have consistently gone to cava for a couple months now. Love the food And pricing. But recently, a colleague of mine ordered delivery, and she was barely given any food, and it was stale . Knowing that it was from the Lake Mary location, I wanted to go and pick up an order to just see – as I usually order from another location in Winter Park. Unfortunately, the same happened to my bowl, as the portion was way less than it is in other locations, the staff just rushes through your order, even though there’s no line, and forgets to put the items in your order that are laying on the counter.
I think is great and healthy food, but they have to pay attention to their service, portion size, and consistency of it all.

I visited on a Friday evening ! They were busy, it was a MESS!
This is my first time visiting CaVa . I was trying to ask questions about how to order and just general things but the lady was not really helpful.
I ordered a bowl with the saffron rice, black lentils, steak, a side of the potatoes
I topped my bowl with the triple feta cheese, hummus, and Taziki corn, extra cucumber feta
I ordered a side of bread
It was extremely loud environment and hard to hear the dining room room was messy so we couldn’t really eat in in the bathroom. Bathrooms were not clean. The drain station was not clean. There’s about six or eight people there working it seemed like there were a lot of people given directions and not a lot of people working and everybody was kind of stepping on everybody’s foot.
That’s just my observation everybody runs their ship differently. It seemed like each person needed a station and need to stay in that station and pass the balls along versus one person complete your bowl and take you all the way down the line, especially when it was so busy.
My food was delicious however when they’re busy and it’s late at night, you kinda get the scoop of what’s left
I plan to go back midday to see if it’s a different experience however, I really did enjoy their blueberry soda.

I genuinely hate coming here because a good handful of the girls in the front are extremely rude. They act as if its a bother to do their job or theyll whisper to eachother or say something quietly and then start giggling amongst themselves...
Twice the rice has been hard, the second time they changed it completely, the first they just added more on top of the old dry rice. I stopped going as often because the service is poor.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this restaurant.
First, my order took over 35 minutes to be prepared, which is already unacceptable for a simple meal.
Second, they did not include the pita, even though it was clearly stated in the order that it must be included.
But the worst part: the steak was completely missing from my dish. This is the main ingredient. How is it even possible to serve a meal without the core item the customer paid for?
This is not a minor mistake — this is a total failure in quality control. I want to know how you plan to compensate for this order, because what I received was absolutely not what I paid for.

This place was a complete mess. During busy hours the line moves very slow. The servers were unprofessional and have 0 hospitality. The food did taste pretty good but portions are very small. I got like 3 pieces of chicken as one scoop. It dosent look clean, the line looked extremely messy and needed a wipe down. I paid for a drink just for them to have no ice nor either of their lemonades for a long period of time. The trashes were overflowing as well. I love cava but it needs an upgrade coming from someone who’s worked in the food industry.
