Absolutely delicious! Avocado toast has so.mcuh flavor! Eggs cooked perfectly. Chai tea latte perfect balance of milk and tea. So friendly and happy.to accomodate small.changes like type of fruit if they have it. The place is beautiful and lots of room.to sit, including a nice nook with cushioned benches to bring a small group of friends. Nice outdoor seating as well.

A nicely decorated quaint coffee shop... It's super cozy and the staff is quite friendly.
We were greeted with a smile and given plenty of time to browse and select our entrees.
The BLTE is everything!!! Highly recommend and the matcha was so delicious. (They suggested we add vanilla and we were delightfully pleased.)
I'd come here everyday for breakfast or even to get work done.
