My husband and I took our three children into this chick fil a location this evening for dinner and there were two large groups of teenage boys. Both groups were being very loud, rowdy, and cursing every other word. We’re not perfect, but we do try to keep our kiddos away from these types of conversations, as I’m sure most parents do. The one group, we heard the “F” word shouted at least 50 times. It upset me that the employees who were walking around did nothing to stop them and make sure other customers were not being bothered. My husband was going to complain at the restaurant, but decided against it once he saw that the employees didn’t care at all anyways. It’s sad because Chick-fil-A is normally great to have a family meal and let the kiddos play, but these teenage boys made us very uncomfortable.

I usually don’t leave reviews on fast food places but this is the first chickfila I’ve been to that let me get chicken minis AND waffle fries. My pregnant self couldn’t be any happier. I did go at 10:15 so it could be subject to time! But I’m on cloud 9, very friendly staff and quick services !

Normally have a great experience here, everyone is very kind and have great attitudes however today at my curbside pick up, I had someone miserable an older lady with curly hair back and glasses. what a nasty attitude. if I didn’t live in the area, I wouldn’t return . if you’re miserable at your job, quit!

food is fine. However I do not appreciate the employee Maddie in the drive thru. I had a car behind me hit my car, so I asked the driver to pull to the side so I can get her information. The employee Maddie decided to insert herself into the issue & side with the driver who HIT my car and was making me feel uncomfortable. She should have minded her business, I was unaware this was part of your job description Maddie. Please stick to your job description so you don’t make your customers feel uncomfortable, thanks!

Like any location you can expect great service and quality food. This is our closest location, and we visit often for pickup or dining in. We recommend ordering on the app in advance and picking up inside at the register for the fastest experience. They do sometimes make mistakes so we always double check our order if we are not dining in.
My sister pulled this out of her mouth after taking a bite of her sandwich. I’m very disappointed.

Disappointed. I ordered three meals. The fries in each meal were not fresh, dry and hardening. This is my go to play so I thought it's not a problem I will just tell them when I come back and they'll correct it. Next visit, when I let the young lady know what happened she did nothing. Not even a sorry just and okay and took my new order. I'm not very happy with that response. Offer to replace my freeze at the very least. What happened to the excellent customer service at Chick-fil-A? So I'm angry and I'm thinking I'm going to fill out the survey on this receipt and get in touch with the manager. The serial number on my receipt would not be accepted on the survey site. I had an employee assist me to make sure I was putting in the numbers correctly we did it with the dancers in between the numbers and tried it without the dashes in between the numbers and the serial code does not even work for the survey to get the free item as it indicated. Again, disappointed.
