Absolutely LOVE Chicken Salad Chick's♡ I'm hooked on the Kickin Kay Melt - although every time I visit I swear I'll try something different lol. Customer Service was outstanding! Will definitely be back!

My company has stopped ordering from here. They can’t get their act together with the pickup orders. They open later than all other restaurants in the area. Sad. We used to enjoy the food.

The food was very fresh and very tasty.
It was our first time eating here and we weren’t sure what to order, but the cashier (Jesse) went above and beyond the service we normally receive at a restaurant and he was happy to help us make a good decision.
We were both very happy happy with our choices and we are looking forward to our next visit. 😋

This will probably be the last time I visit this establishment. I ordered my food online and showed up 45 minutes later because I got an alert saying the food should be ready. When I get there I tell the cashier that I’m here to pick up an order and give my name. He checked their take away location for all online orders and says it’s not ready. So I wait another 20 minutes only to find out that my order was sitting there the whole time.

Normally I like this restaurant and more particularly this location. Today was a huge disappointment. I hate to quote that Wendy’s line but where’s the beef as you can see from the photo there is absolutely no meat on this chicken salad sandwich. More importantly I asked for my bread toasted apparently they keep their toast in the fridge because my bread was cold when it came out and then had no crunch to it whatsoever. I got the loaded baked potato soup and I was sadly disappointed to see that was as cold as my bread.

The food is always good! Orders are always ready. Everyone is always pleasant. My favorite meal for lunch! And the staff? Top tier!!!! They go above and beyond every time. Point proven when I picked up today’s order and they saw my note that our toddler is OBSESSED with their cookies. Just the BEST CREW! I hope they are all praised often

Food is wonderful. I ordered online and picked up my order and it was great. However they lost my friend’s order and had to redo it all over making us wait and lose time. They need to work on accuracy but otherwise place was clean and well lit.

Abysmally slow even when you’re the only one here. Consistently slow. Every. Time. So slow I don’t know how they look you in the eye. Love the food, but definitely don’t come as often due to their service.
