Service was great and the server was very attentive, she made sure we had refills and offered to have the baked potato soup which was delicious. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because the food was good but too greasy for my taste. Overall we had a good time

For my friend's birthday we went to Chillis, Chillis is one of my favorite restaurants because of the variety of dishes they have and the variety of colors, I am a very visual person so I love seeing what I am going to eat. I ordered SOUTHWESTERN EGGROLLS it was 6/10, I think it had too much cumin but the sauce was delicious. And my friend ordered BABY BACK RIBS THE COMBO was 10/10 delicious and juicy ribs, fried chicken super delicious flavor. I ordered a Don Julio Margarita mm it was 7/10. The bill came to $64 total and we had free fresh chips and salsa and a free cake for my friend's birthday.

Father’s Day should be a worry-free dinner out, but this was our worst experience in over a decade. We requested a larger booth and were denied, forcing four of us into a cramped table. My wife's chicken sandwich was rubbery—she only took a few bites—yet they barely discounted it. My fajitas arrived cold with no steam, and tortillas promised for sharing never came until 10 mins later after asking the manager. No check-in, poor service, and we still paid $44. Extremely disappointing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Normally I’m not one to even one to write reviews but this management sucks!! The manager was a rude little old lady who refused to seat us even though it was PLENTY of tables in the restaurant. She claimed it was due to low servers but people who came in after us with the same number of people in their party was seated before us. We waited almost an hour and still wasn’t seated even though it was PLENTY OF TABLES around!! This is the 3rd time we’ve had an issue with this with this restaurant! They need new management ASAP!! Never been so disgusted with restaurant service in my life!! If there was a 0 rating they would get it.
