Went to chillis for my daughter’s bday with family. Manager kevin was extremely Rude from the start wasn't sure if it was because we were a large party or just racist . However asking how many kids menu was a struggle for him with just a nasty tone. Sat us down, we explained that the two tables didn't fit 18 plus a toddler in a high chair. He began to say well theres nothing we can do about it . I explained we were on top of each other now imagine when the food gets there, his response was well i don't know what to tell yall figure it out and walked away… then Ant the server comes with the same energy rude and i don't care attitude and after us explaining can we change the table around maybe long ways he says no we can not move any tables for you all. After going back and forth about other possibilities he steps back and says I'm just going to refuse service and walks away. This was extremely unprofessional and there were other empty tables close by. There were definitely other options.

I ordered a well done steak to go and it was clearly rare. The staff were nice. The service was timely. It’s clear that the cooks may have wanted to ensure that everything came out at the same time or at least by the guaranteed time, but it was inedible. Potato soup for the win!

Service was great and the server was very attentive, she made sure we had refills and offered to have the baked potato soup which was delicious. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because the food was good but too greasy for my taste. Overall we had a good time

For my friend's birthday we went to Chillis, Chillis is one of my favorite restaurants because of the variety of dishes they have and the variety of colors, I am a very visual person so I love seeing what I am going to eat. I ordered SOUTHWESTERN EGGROLLS it was 6/10, I think it had too much cumin but the sauce was delicious. And my friend ordered BABY BACK RIBS THE COMBO was 10/10 delicious and juicy ribs, fried chicken super delicious flavor. I ordered a Don Julio Margarita mm it was 7/10. The bill came to $64 total and we had free fresh chips and salsa and a free cake for my friend's birthday.

Father’s Day should be a worry-free dinner out, but this was our worst experience in over a decade. We requested a larger booth and were denied, forcing four of us into a cramped table. My wife's chicken sandwich was rubbery—she only took a few bites—yet they barely discounted it. My fajitas arrived cold with no steam, and tortillas promised for sharing never came until 10 mins later after asking the manager. No check-in, poor service, and we still paid $44. Extremely disappointing.
