Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has longer extended hours now, supposed to be open until 11pm. It’s obvious they still close down at nights as if they still close at 10pm. Yesterday my wife and I stopped in at 9pm and they were out of brown rice completely, white rice was low, and completely out of steak as well. Can see the guy was already almost done closing the kitchen in the back. All the grills were cleaned and he was just finishing up sweeping and I’m assuming he was gonna mop next. This was all two hours before their published closing times. If this is a corporate store I would look for new management for this location. Also when my wife and I first got in there, were probably about 8 employees just having a pow wow by the register, it took a few minutes before one of them came over to start our order. Wont be back to this particular location, save yourself some headache and just try Cava down the road.

Came in today during a very busy time. The team was efficient, friendly, and overall provided great service. However, when I got to the register, my experience with Amelia was disappointing. Her attitude was unfriendly and came off as rude, as if she didn’t even want to handle the order. I believe some additional customer service training would be beneficial, as it would help ensure the experience is consistent with the rest of the staff.

literally best thing ever

The sign out front says “now open late” and says they close at 11pm. We arrived at 9:30 to them being “out” of multiple items including chicken and guacamole. They had half of the dining area closed and were cleaning the grill when we left. Several people came in and left after being told they were no longer serving chicken and the other items. I feel like it’s because the staff simply didn’t want to keep cooking. Won’t be back.

Food was good, however the entire establishment smelled like mildew/mold and it made me sick to stand in for too long which it did not the last time we came to this location so that issue should be addressed by management.
Restaurant was empty when we arrived, staff members standing around talking to each other but tables were covered in old food with sour cream smeared onto tables.
It over all felt very dirty and we ended up eating outside so we didn’t have to see or smell the place.

Every time the portion is smaller and smaller. I ordered a bowl online and when I picked up it was a joke how small it was.

System was down and couldn’t order. Kinda sucks when you’ve been waiting in like for 5 minutes. BOOO

Chipotle advertises closing at 11:00 PM, but on August 23rd the staff had the chairs up and the kitchen shut down by 10:00 PM. Almost no seating was available. The serving line was a mess with sour cream smeared into the salsa, food cross contaminated, and no attention to cleanliness. Customers should not walk into a shut down kitchen and a filthy line an hour before closing.

Food isn't bad, can be hit or miss on occasion. Example too spicy, or chips extremely salty, depending upon your initial server your portions may be to your satisfaction or not again hit or miss. Service is great, atmosphere is pleasant, overall good experience can get a bit busy during peak times so pack your patience. Cleanliness is fair, especially during the rush. The staff do the best they can.
