Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was my First and Last time returning to this location. I rarely had any chicken in my bowl. Mostly Rice, Cheese and sour cream. More Sour Cream than rice, actually. Who are you saving food for?At least, Give the consumer what they are paying for.

This chipotle was amazing!! Great customer service very clean very on top of things. Definitely one of my favorite ones to go to.

Elvis (the “Manager”) is rationing protein portions.
When it came to preparing a kids meal- he outright refused to fill the protein to the line on the container- arguing with me in front of customers stating “I can’t do it” & “ everything is changing “… He practically counted each piece of chicken when scooping it.
If you walk in to chipotle, and Elvis is working the line- I would personally walk away- unless you’re okay with half scoops and paying around $10 for a bowl of mostly rice.
I’ll be reaching out to corporate to find out more about “everything changing” as the manager is claiming regarding protein portions.

Filllthhhhyyyyy so damn dirty I can’t even describe it.

Came for dinner on Tues, Feb 04 at 5:00pm.
Everything was fantastic. Portions were worth our money. Burrito was wrapped tightly. We normally go to the location in Sanford after so many unpleasant experiences we decided to take the drive to this location and it’s so worth it. Great work to the team, everyone seemed happy to serve us. Looking forward to coming back ! :)

The protein portion servings here are A DISGRACE! You need to get triple protein to get a DECENT amount of protein, completely unacceptable, THE LINE SERVING EMPLOYEES RUDE when you tell them that I AM PAYING FOR MORE so GIVE ME MORE! They need to get it together

Ordered through doordash. sent wrong order. Ordered for veggie bowl got chicken. and on top of it , calling the store, goes to automated help and cant reach person in the store.

I love the food here, but the last two times I've been here, they've had very little protein and very small portions. In fact, in the attached photo, you can see that they only gave me 4 pieces of lettuce. I think they should be more careful with that because they're not cheap. The truth is, I don't plan on coming back here again.

one time I went and the chicken was soo salty... horrible. I stayed away for months because of it. When I went back I asked for a salad or bowl but wanted the chips as a base instead of lettuce or rice and they said they don't do that there. Talk about horrible customer service. The following wk I got an email for free chips so asked if they could use my free chips to put it at the bottom of my salad and once again, I was told they don't do chips as a base. Why? they have the product. I was already getting the chips anyway. why isn't nachos available?

Place is the worst. My tacos had 3 pieces of chicken in them. My wife got a steak bowl. Came with chicken. Only 5 pieces of chicken. Got free meals out of it as I ordered online. Fine. But won’t be using those here. Find another chipotle.

The reason for providing a three star has to do with the lack of options because the restaurant ran out of several proteins which left us with few choices.
