Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible , they close at 11pm
Had the grill closed by 9:30, no black beans, no fajitas, the dining area closed up by the 9:30 . Employee’s having attitudes , waiting for them to take my order but instead rather close things down at 9:30 instead of 11pm when they close

Have ordered numerous times here personally and made large orders for our office and every time it’s accurate and delicious. Thank you all for setting the bar high for other Chipotles I visit.

Second time this has happened here... they officially close at 11pm,, but stop making certain food items by 7:55pm.

The beans were dry looking and unappealing. The salsa had cheese mixed in it. I have eating issues, and the sight of the salsa was off putting by itself and cheese being in the salsa made me nauseous

It was an hour before closing time. They were ignoring us because they were putting the food away. We stood there for close to 10 minutes before someone finally came to take our order. She was very irritated by our request for plain white rice and said that they were all out. So we just left. Very rude and disrespectful.

If you're familiar with Chipotle, you already know it as a chain restaurant serving very Americanized Mexican food. Which is to say if you like it, no reason not to go here. My only complaint was some fairly poor service. I got the first time I went there, but the manager managed to make it right, enough so that I went back a second time while visiting this particular area of Florida.

Nothing super special about chipotle. Used to be something healthy, good value for what we bought, etc.
Now we’re lucky if they’re not out of everything by 7:50 (they close at 11) and closing down the inside of the store 3 hours early.
We still come here, but not as often, since we can get a fresh dinner bowl at other local places for a better deal

I ordered a bowl with more than the bullshit I got. Where is the tomato salsa. Corn salsa. Pinto beans. Sour cream and I wanted brown rice.

Walked in at 10:15. The sign says open until 11pm. The chairs at the table were already flipped up. Once we got to the counter we were told they had nothing but chicken for protein. They also had no queso and guacamole. We thought ok so normal and ordered chicken and veggie entrees. We had to wait for the cold side because nobody was there. Someone came from the back finally and finished up a woman’s order that was in front of us. They however, did not check her out even though she was done because no one was working the register. There was a worker cleaning the tables and windows and walked back multiple times and never came to help out the line. The guy that dealt with the cold side had worked the other orders in my party, got to me asked what I wanted to finish my bowl, then walked away. I was so confused. He checked the woman in front of us out and then came back to me all moody and asked me what I wanted again. We are in the middle of this and they are stopping to work on an online order with another guy while they were working on our food. They were all angry that they had to go to the back to get the chips he ordered. When they came back up and we finally got done and was ready to check out we asked for chips and they said they ran out. We called them on their lie and said we just saw them give the other guy chips and they said they just ran out. We were so mad about this because we were just asking them to do the job they were hired for. This location use to be so friendly and helpful. As of recent years it has declined. I will not be going back. I rather go out of my way to a different location then ever go back there again. Very disappointed!

To start the entire experience was lady was setting the chairs on the table and clearly closing at 10:15 pm which weird they close at 11:00pm. Next is the first guy he had an attitude about me asking for three soft tacos. He then tried to say what beans? because the rice wasn’t in front of him but behind him on the counter. But we got through that it came to the last guy how was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. He gave attitude to my family and me and didn’t want to give us chip when he went back there a second ago and grabbed three bags of chips but told my mom they had no more. So I guess they didn’t have any for tomorrow so that would suck. I mean they said that about steak and guacamole too so I guess the morning people are going to have a hard time opening. They were just plain rude and I will be going to the Sanford location one only.

This location use be to good but lately they are always out of stuff no mater what time I have tried to eat there. The employees are not friendly and act as if it is an inconvenience to have to do the job they are being paid to do. Glad there are other chipotle locations not far away that I will now be going to.
