The strawberry blond ice cream was amazing.. The gal at the front counter was not very pleasant but the guy was nice

I went in earlier today and there was this blonde girl working the counter and she was giving dirty looks like it was an issue for me being there and did not give great customer service.

The worst customer service experience here. Young Asian girl whispering to the coworker upset that they got busy bothered with customers suddenly. Asked for a Strawberry, was told “we don’t sell strawberry Sundays here, but what do you want on it?” Bill was $57.00

Absolutely horrific experience with Bryan and Lisa at the Lake Mary location. We attempted to cancel a cake order with more than 48 hours notice. We were told that the cake was already completed but they couldn’t give it to me that day. I was told by Bryan that he’d help to resolve my issue the next day. The next day came and Lisa decided to read to me “verbatim” a policy that is different than the website’s policy regarding cancellations. Very long story short, in order to get a resolution I had to get my bank and corporate involved. I do not recommend this place whatsoever!!! Cold Stone was once a trusted brand but franchise owners and incompetent managers have tainted the reputation of this creamery.

I love the ice cream they sell but today the saleswoman had a cold, I don't know, she sneezed several times on the ice cream while she was preparing it, not just ours because I stayed to see it, she never washed her hands, she never covered her mouth or nose I didn't have a mask, it was very unpleasant, there really were no hygienic measures.

Coldstone Now has the best vegan ice cream! Im so happy with my experience! Also shot out to the staff who is working so hard to produce amazing desserts. Please tip this team for they are all young having to work hard, and love their spirit! Thank you lake mary coldstone team for delicious treats that you make!

Within any hour of my daughter’s birthday, I was able to get an amazing cake for our princess. There ice cream cakes are a family favorite no matter the flavor.
