He happily worked with my vision and my husband's flavor requests for our cake. We were brought in for a tasting for various aspects of the cake and loved it so much we ordered a smaller version for the holidays the year before! Everyone is STILL talking about the wedding cake! The care Michael takes when customizing shows in every aspect of the cake. From the design, frosting, filling and the cake. The taste is perfect, not too sweet or overwhelming; every flavor complimented each other and nothing overpowered anything. It was a perfectly balanced cake. We have been requested by family to bring this cake each holiday season, and we will be ordering an anniversary cake annually!“
