We ordered two pinwheels, and they came out half raw. The dough was completely raw in the bottom, and when we brought them back, they said it was supposed to be cooked like that.

I visited Dalli’s Pizzeria today, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza! It was made in a stone oven, which gave it an incredible, authentic flavor. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The ambiance of the place was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for more!

Do not order through their website! They won’t get the order information and will only tell you to request a refund through Toast, the payment option selected on their checkout. Even though the order was through their own website, they also won’t do anything to replace or speed up a new order for the inconvenience. Been loyal to Dalli’s for years but can’t say they have great customer service at all. Never had an issue before but supposedly the past weeks they haven’t received any online orders but haven’t done anything about it.

Bought a large 16” pizza. They showed me the pizza when I picked it up and I said “that looks like a medium.” They pointed to the box sizes and said it was a large like I ordered. I said the box size doesn’t change the pizza size. Now, I’m not picky but I knew it wasn’t a large, as much as they said it was. So I measured it when I got home. And what do you know, it’s a 14” medium. We ate it and I wasn’t going to post anything but it comes down to the principle of it all. Don’t argue with a customer. Now we will not be eating here again over a measly 2” difference on a pizza 🤦🏻♂️

Be careful of the extra hot sauce unless you’re a Viking you’re not gonna handle it but otherwise everything was absolutely fabulous
Just ordered over 70.00 worth of food and they didn’t get the order right. It’s not that hard to read directions.

Dallis pizza has come a long way from a few owners ago! They are my go to if I just want a meatlovers slice as just one fills me up! But we will also order pizzas to be delivered or picked up there. It is varied on their wait times from 10 to an hour but they are typically on point! We also like their subs, Stromboli, and Garlic Knots have also gotten much better! I may try other items to update my review.
