This Dunkin' Donuts is really neat. It is located in the corner of a small mall and easy to drive into and to exit into the large parking lot. I usually sit in the parking lot for a few minutes and let my coffee cool down a little. It's hard not to eat all of the donuts that they have to offer you. I really like the ones with coconut on it. Picking and choosing is hard to do with their great selection. It is easy to get back onto Lake Mary Boulevard from this location because there is a light there to organize the traffic. Try this location, I think you'll like it.

Over 10 minute wait in the drive thru for a pick up order. Didn’t have anything we ordered available, though the app said it was available. Guess that’s the managers job to make sure they update their available items on the app, except there was no manager on duty according to the cashier. 9am on a Tuesday and there’s no manager in house? Either your employees are liars OR there really is no manager. Which would explain why the drive thru wait was 10 minutes, they didn’t have any product available that people already paid for, and no one there to update the app so you guests do not wait 10 minutes for a items preordered that are not available. Fix your management situation. Fix your slow employees. Ridiculous

Just left here they made my day!!!! The lady that was working the drive through saw my puppy in the car and offered a pup cup for her!!! It was the best !!!! Thank you for making her feel special!!

This is my GO TO Dunkin (even tho I have one across the street) because there are 2 girls with short hair here(I wish I got their names) who make the BEST COFFEE & are the kindest humans ever. If they aren’t managers PLEASE MAKE THEM MANAGERS. If they are managers, GIVE THEM A RAISE!! they carry this place on their back. ?
Dirty tables, over cooked food, chicken was over nuked very hard. Holiday decor of caution tape made it looked closed. No creamer available in dining area. No smiles or acknowledgment of entry.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 churro donuts. Before I ordered, I asked if they still had churro donuts, and I was assured that yes they did. So I ordered 2.I later discovered that they did NOT give me churro donuts, but instead gave me some disgusting cake donuts covered in some awful cinnamon-y powder coating that made a huge mess taking them out of the bag. YUCK!By this time I am home, and not about to fight rush hour traffic again just to return 2 donuts. They will go in the trash. I tried calling the store to let them know, but no answer. So disappointing.
