40 min wait with no exit lane

Donuts were fresh, but expensive at $8 for 1/2 dozen. Drink orders weren't followed but they were still good. Wish they had put in the expresso shots I paid for... Will order online next time and go thru the drive-thru

The staff here specifically the ladies that work the early morning are so sweet! Always so cheery they brighten up my day. The service is quick and coffee always tastes fresh. This is my favorite location!

I have yet to have one good experience at this Dunkin. I don’t know how it is so difficult to deliver a quality item. These are two different visits several days apart, and there have been other times, that I have received an unenjoyable meal. The bread was toasted/burnt so hard I couldnt bite through it. And the bacon was burnt to a crisp and fell off in pieces. This was 15 minutes after they opened. The glazed blueberry donuts barely have any icing on them so they just taste like a dry plain cake donut, disappointing. I dislike leaving negative reviews but I’ve just been let down so many times here.

While it's a busy location the hot food such as the egg & cheese sandwich is ice cold on dine in please heat the food thoroughly! No one wants cold food

My friend and I get dunkin every friday at work (its our tradition now) and this is our go to dunkin. The food and drinks are always good and they’re super nice here. Veronica helped me today and she greeted me and helped me because my hands were full. The other manager, I never caught her name but she speaks Spanish mostly, is also very kind. I came last week and when I got there she was just heading out but she helped me anyways, made my drink and even held the door for me. I wish I got all the employees names here, but besides shouting out the managers, the whole team here is great (at least morning crew, I haven’t been at night). All the employees are great, and their customer service is 10000x better than any other location. There are 2 boys that work here (one has glasses and they seem to be friends, that’s the only description I can give lol) that have always been kind and helpful. Overall just a great store. This is the best dunkin to go to!!!! We work right next to the one on LM blvd by arby’s, and I live right next to the one on S. Orlando Dr in Sanford, but no matter where I am I ALWAYS pick this dunkin.

I have been comming here consistently for about a year now to order coffee and because I couldn’t log into my email to get the free Dunkin’ coffee(forgotten password new telephone). I couldn’t receive it, honestly it just sucks that this is what society has come to. It doesn’t sit well with me and I just really needed to vent about it.

Employees do not read the modifications on orders! They forgot to add my cold foam that I paid for, please hire some workers who care. This is the worst location honestly!

I normally stop at this location for my coffee when picking my son up from ABA therapy. Today I stopped at a different location and they gave me a HORRIBLE incorrectly made drink. I stopped at this store just to buy espresso to add to this monstrosity to try and salvage it. Once the young lady realized what I was doing she asked me for the incorrect drink, took my label off and had the young man she was working with remake the whole drink for me! Not what I asked for or expected! She didn't have to do that at all, this type of kind caring customer service isn't seen much these days. Very refreshing to see it's still out there! Lesson learned, if it ain't broken don't go to another coffee shop - stick with who's always taking care of you correctly every time! Thanks again & I'm so sorry I didn't catch thier names but to the 2 employees working Wed afternoon around 230pm you guys are awesome!! And my drink was SPOT ON to what the taste buds were craving!!

I've only gone inside once but I frequent the drive through at least every other day. The morning staff is very friendly but, the 2 people that stand out to me, are Dylan and Destiny who work afternoon/evening. When placing my order, I don't even get halfway before they finish it for me. It's really impressive when, getting as many customers as they do daily, they take the time to pay attention to all who come through and it's nice to know that they recognize people by voice. ***Attention Rachel, these 2 employees need a raise!!!!***
