DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! This manager, Mayra, is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Just read the other reviews! I spend thousands per year at Dunkins all over the country and this is the only location that is horrible. Mayra absolutely refuses to provide customer service and will say right in front of you to the staff not fill your order as requested!

Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My husband and I stopped by around 8:30 AM to make two purchases — one on a corporate card and one personal — and the store manager, Mayra, was immediately rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes, rushed our order, and started arguing loudly when we asked for both receipts. When my husband calmly said he didn’t appreciate her attitude, she began yelling that she had to help the drive-thru too, and even threatened to call the police when we asked again for the receipt for our corporate expense.
We were polite the entire time, but she kept shouting and told us to leave the store. Other customers even tried to calm her down because her reaction was so unprofessional. We left feeling humiliated and shocked. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager — Dunkin’ should seriously look into this location (Store #365033 – Lake Mary, FL).

I wish I could give zero stars everyday there is an issue with my order and I just try to suck it up and deal with it but today was the final straw I asked for bacon egg cheese receipt says bacon egg cheese received a Olson bagel with butter then the manager says it’s how I entered it online I never ordered online they took my order from the drive thru smh this place is franchised and has no management I will be going across the street to Starbucks from now on

Lady working behind the counter was extremely rude. Our order came out wrong and we only received half our order when I asked if I could get my order fixed she was rude and refused to fix the wrong items in our order. Will never be returning to this Dunkin ever again.

My husband and I went to Dunkin 3 mornings in a row while visiting the Lake Mary area.The employees were amazing! So kind and patient. Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches we have ever had at a DD, they didn't have that wierd taste like their ovens smell. Bravo!!
Everyone was so nice. I had to coupon one for free iced coffee . and strawberry donut which was excellent service, was above and beyond start coming to dunkin, starbucks lost by business

Getting them two stars because usually they are friendly, but today they weee a disorganized mess and tried to gaslight me twice about my wife’s drink. They then gave me all the wrong donuts and forgot my sandwich. I went to tell them about the sandwich and they gave it to me unwrapped in a box that got completely soggy and nearly fell out apart. Very disappointed in this visit.

The staff here were extremely rude to me. They ignored me to take care of other customers that came in after me. I asked a question and got a hand put up to my face and cut off for another customer to be taken care of even though I was first and patiently waiting. The employee was also on the phone and the other employees were standing around and doing nothing yet no one was able to take care of me. Mind you I placed an online order and had to wait forever to get it done and my question was simply where is my order and where can I pick it up. Finally when they got to me they answered my question with an attitude and kept repeating to me if your order is ready it’ll be under the pick up sign. there was a box there but I wasn’t sure if it was mine or not when I asked she repeated again if it’s completed it’ll be under the sign. I’m not stupid please don’t speak to me like I am. I just didn’t want to take the incorrect order. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and super rude. She’s lucky I am healed and I didn’t go off on her. I never write bad reviews but the service was so horrible I had to say something. Also I will not be return to this store the staff was just horrible and they gave me the worst selections of donuts and made me late back to work even though I’m 2 minutes away and the order was placed online an hour before I came to pick it up. Very frustrating just for some old dried up donuts smh. Waste of my time and money. Never again.
