If you are trying to miss work and need to be sick I would recommend eating at this Dunkin!! Breakfast sandwich had hair melted into the cheese and frozen coffee was not mixed at all. My 10 year old sister could make a better sandwich and better coffee.

Manager thinks that gaslighting customers after they clearly make the drink wrong is how to work in customer service. I will be taking my complaints higher up because this manager working on 12/14/2025 at 10:00am does not know how to work with other people or in customer service. Workplace seems dysfunctional and other workers seem drained from dealing with their manager.

Most of the employees were nice the employee who ran the drive thru made some comments that ruined it for me, one employee has said someone called to see if they received their application for a job and this lady openly says no we are not hiring her, pretty disrespectful in my opinion to say in front of customers. I guess that’s why she’s working there no respect I hope some of her managers see this and talk to her about that

I love going to dunkins all around and sadly to say this one was the worse, no croissant, no cookie butter cold foam, and made my usual taste horrible and burnt and YES ive had the same exact thing at other locations and never has it been this bad

I went through the drive-through on a Friday morning and they gave me the wrong drink. I was on I four before I realized that they gave me the wrong drink so I called the store and they took my name and I told them I would be back the next morning and they said they would replace the drink. I got there Saturday morning and they told me because I didn’t have the name of the person that I spoke to,( which she never gave me) they couldn’t help me. I was actually going to buy donuts while I was there, but I just walked out. It wouldn’t have been bad if the drink that they gave me, the pumpkin spice signature latte, actually tasted decent. I frequently stopped by to get their caramel craze signature latte however I will not be stopping at this Dunkin again due to poor customer service.

By far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever Manager Aida was very unprofessional and very rude all because she was ready to go home for the day at the front counter with her purse on not caring for customer needs when I asked to speak with manager all because she was in a rush to clock out. I say if you don’t like your job QUIT !!!

This place is really a joke. I started patronizing them because I got away from Starbucks their prices seem reasonable. I started ordering avocado toast and on one occasion about 6 months ago had the avocado frozen on the toast They reimbursed me on the product. a couple times after that I got it and it was over done with the avocado. I decided to try another product which is a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough. Well come to find out on Avalon Park and at the location at this location in Lake Mary they give you the grilled cheese with only one side done on the toast. I then proceeded to ask at this location on Lake Mary to please give me the grilled cheese toasted on both sides.(Have you ever had a grilled cheese sandwich with it only toasted on one side?) I told the manager who was attending me this information in the drive through when I got my grilled cheese only one side of it bread was toasted. I tried to get a hold of the district manager and chase him down and went to several locations and they told me he just left He went to the other location like a fool I was running around after him and leaving my numbers at these locations and to this day he has not called me back. The district manager as well as the managers at these locations are incompetent and I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere. By the way the grilled cheese toasted on one side happen on two occasions at this location. Once with the manager attending me

Extremely unprofessional, the worker had her cell phone out And she was engaging in a conversation with the other worker who was working to drive-through. When I went to the Canada place my order she had an attitude like I had interrupted them in their conversation, upset that she had to do her job I placed my order when my order was up, She simply shook The cup in my direction, not once acknowledging me
But rather beckoning me to pick up my order as if I was a dog.

I ordered through the app to redeem my free points of a free drink. It was a large Matcha drink, and they filled it halfway, gave it to me and just stared at me as if my drink wasn’t filled halfway. I then ordered three munchkins just for them to tell me that they don’t have the food that I ordered.would love a refund

Very kind staff. Shout out to Tristan! I ordered in the drive-through and when i got to the window realized i did not have my wallet. He paid for my order, no hesitation. And it wasn’t just a coffee. My order was $29!
I returned later to pay him back + give him a deserving tip.
I am so glad his mother & sister happened to be there when I stopped back in because I got to meet & tell them about Tristan’s good deed (i bet he never would have mentioned it to anyone).
He’s a great young man.
To his parents, great job. For real.
To Dunkin, please know you have a valuable employee here! He made my week by just being kind.
