Lilia is EXTREMELY rude. She got my order incorrect, snatched the bag out of my hand didn’t apologize. When I asked for a manager she stated that there isn’t one then didn’t want to give a refund. Will NEVER come back to this location again. She doesn’t need to be working here. The manager who is there from another store always was very hostile & rude, slammed the window in my face & refused to give refund, I hope you guys check the cameras and see how they just treated me

Dunkin in Lake Mary Blvd. Chai latte hot, I asked for no foam and I was full of foam. I asked for hot and it was room temperature. I asked for a bowtie glazed and they didn't know what it was. I ended up with 2 glazed donuts and they were dried out. Will not order from here again.

By 6pm they were almost out of donuts. 😳 I wasn't expecting that from a place that closes at 9pm. All the back trays were empty there were only a few donuts left in front

Breakfast sandwiches were inedible! If we had time to return to the store, I would've just dropped the sandwiches on their counter. Coffee was not up to DD standards .
Pass on this location!

Don't expect to buy coffee in the bag. I have been to this place 3 different times and they give me a stupid look and say " duh we don't have any." Really a shame ,don't waste your time.

I was running late for work and forgot to grab my cream and sugar for my coffee that i prepared at home. I stopped by Dunkin’ and order some breakfast and requested if i could have some cream and sugar. I was denied the cream and sugar because I didn’t purchase coffee from them even though they were still taking my money for the breakfast. I even offered to pay for the cream and sugar and still was told “no” LOL. The Hispanic lady/ Manager on Duty (I guess) literally was going back and forth with me about not giving me cream and sugar, even after I said “that’s fine, just give me my food”. I went up to McDonald’s and got my cream and sugar 🙃.

They need to update their Uber Eats customers when they run out of things. I ordered and paid for donuts only to find out they were completely out of them. It's the merchant's responsibility to update the app when they're out of items. Gave an extra star because the donuts I ordered last time were good.

Did a drive through order for a couple of things and specifically asked if they had a variety of munchkins, and I was told they had blueberry , chocolate, cinnamon and glazed.so told the guy yes give me a variety box of them,And when I get home to open the bag to my surprise was a box of just glazed munchkins! I used my rewards ofmy app and also brought two coffees that were made gross Would never drive back to this location !!

Horrible service, waited 20 min for a bagel and a coffee. The staff on 12/02/24 morning shift had the worst attitudes, bagel was hard and barely edible. Would never come back to this location.

I come here all the time, almost daily. So this Dunkin gets a LOT of my money. Hence, the rewards I get. I used my rewards this morning to get a free large Signature Latte. When I arrived, I noticed it was hot and not iced. My mistake. Ive never made that mistake before and I own that, but when I apologized and asked if they could make it iced, the worker said no. Told me it was my mistake and I would have to pay for a second drink. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager comes over, already with an attitude, and proceeds to tell me it’s my mistake not theirs. I know that. And I know they would be doing me a courtesy to remake the drink. I asked if she could please just remake it, that I knew it was my mistake. She tells me, fine, they’ll remake it but it’s going to take a while. Anyway, it took only a minute or two but I’ll tell you, Im never spending my money here again. I know if I made a mistake ordering my drink at Starbucks, they would replace it without any issue. Not here. They made me feel like Im an idiot and then proceeded to talk about it amongst themselves, “She ordered it wrong… she wanted it iced…” C’mon guys. In this year alone Ive probably spent easily over $1000 here. Redoing one drink to keep a happy customer wasn’t going to break the bank. The kicker? When I asked the first worker if I could please speak with the manager, she slides the hot latte across the counter, right in front of me, and says, “Im going to just leave this here.” No reason for being snarky. Anyway, Im never coming back. I’ll give my money to the Wheelhouse location instead (mainly just out of principle bc it’s likely the same owner). Not cool though.

Place is just okay. Nothing special. Now I will say this their donuts tasted fresh at 330ish pm. Lately, other Dunkin Donuts have been much to desire later in the day. There was no fresh hot coffee. Ummm...the two kids working did a great job, but I still think there should have been an older person there. Someone to tell them to cleanup the equipment and spills. The coffee station looked like a war zone.

I have recently came to this location 3 times for the same coffee, i order an iced toasted white chocolate with cream and liquid sugar with cookie butter cold foam and light ice, every single time i have come for this drink, they forget my cold foam, why spend 70 cents for something if im never going to get it? every time, ive had to tell them to put it on there, its on my receipt? anyways i go in today for a $6 meal deal, including that same drink and yes i had to tell them to add the cold foam this time too, and this time i try my drink and there is NO flavor, absolutely none, obviously they did not put the toasted white chocolate in there, and my sandwich is FLIMSY! there’s hardly an egg, and it’s cold, why is my egg cold why is my bread cold? i asked for it toasted! i only live a minute down the road its not like it got cold on the drive home. my hashbrowns were cold, and tasted like straight paper.. i order this same meal from the sanford location on 46A and i have never had an issue nor have i ever had to tell them to add my cold foam that i paid for. very disappointed in this location.
