What I like the place is you can play a lot of board games while enjoying your drinks! The place has decent number of seatings and well decorated ambiance. They are also selling some snacks if you want to eat. The staff are friendly!

Super cute cups- the ppl are very nice but was a tad difficult to communicate and our order wasn’t exactly right in the end- but very nice ppl!! Flavor was ok- the Brown Sugar Tea was extremely flowery tasting (much more than I’m used to). Everyone enjoyed their drink for the most part. Not the best out of all we’ve had- but willing to give this place another go sometime.

Very friendly service. They memorized our orders after a day or two of coming here. I got no complaints, the only thing is that they don’t have sugar substitutes like Splenda or stevia for the drinks. Other than that I recommend.

Saw this place and wanted to try their boba tea. Ordered their signature milk tea with boba for $7.20 and this not the first time I had boba tea. I’m displeased with the amount of tea that put in this drink. It tasted like 90 milk and 5 percent tea and 5 percent boba. Won’t come back!

I got the thai tea with boba and it was so delicious. The boba was nice and soft and the shop was really cute

My kids and I visited their store because we wanted to give them a second chance from our poor experience since last year. We thought their service should have been improved. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In fact, their service got worse. The clerk came to the register from the back without acknowledging our presence. No smiling and no greeting until we ordered. I guess Face Tea doesn't care about losing business to their competitors around Lake Mary area. My kids and I were disappointed with this experience. We will never go back.
