Good boba and chicken. Decent pricing. I wish the couches were a bit taller/tables bigger, but it's not a big deal.

FaceTea in Lake Mary is one of my favorite spots to stop for a treat! The drinks are always delicious, the food is great, and the atmosphere is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The customer service truly stands out every single time I visit.
There’s a very sweet blonde girl who works there, and she makes the entire experience even better. She’s always so kind, patient, and genuinely friendly, and her warm attitude makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in.
If you’re looking for great boba, great vibes, and even better service, FaceTea is definitely the place to go!
Tea was good but the store inside is so dirty that's not good iam not going back.
Enjoy coming here for my bubble tea treats. The service is good and consistent. Orders are made accurately and timely. Parking can sometimes be a little challenging given the homesense next to it. The mango Pamela sago is my favorite.
Just got the Mango Pomelo Sago... 10/10! It is fantastic. Fresh ingredients and not too sweet or tangy. Definitely going back to get another one.

I absolutely love FaceTea Bubble Tea Shop! The service is always wonderful, and the ambiance is so cozy and inviting—it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. The food and drinks are consistently delicious, and I always find myself looking forward to my next visit.
A special shout-out to Crystal, who is one of the sweetest and most pleasant employees I’ve ever met. She always makes me feel welcome and truly adds to the great experience every time I stop by. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing Boba!!
Pros: Okay customer service. Staff was helpful and friendly. Business was clean inside and out. Menu offerings was good. Reasonable prices. Big plus, the person taking my payment didn't make my order, another staff member made my drink order which was appreciated.
Improvements Needed: Younger staff spent a great deal of time talking to each other, instead of focusing on the customer.
