Firehouse Subs Lake Mary

Every order that I got was just as I expected/ordered. Always fresh and yummy. The only thing is that they are a lil pricey but guess it's worth it. I keep going back. I do get a free sub with the points

I managed firehouses for a few years and all I have to say is the hourly that took my order today July 5th around 5:45 was very nice a provided good service. However the shift lead was horrid. I can see where the bad reviews must be coming from. Your role is to LEAD and you should do so by example. Which doesn’t include snapping at customers and prioritizing talking about your personal life over greeting and saying bye Thankyou. Shift lead told me I was contaminating things by using a to go soufflé cup for hot sauce. Which was prepped closed. As if open bottles of over handled hot sauce is not what is sitting right next to it??? Me using a to go soufflé cup is not contaminating anything. Maybe if you feel so strongly about it anyways, put them where they aren’t reached and not directly next to what customers need them for.

I go to firehouse all the time across the street from my job, and their quick always friendly service

They have 3 employees here on a SUNDAY. I’ve been here for 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten my sub. I’m not mad at the employees they’re doing the best they can. I blame management for being understaffed on the weekend.

From out of state and decided I would walk into firehouse subs to get a sandwich and a sweet tea. I told the cashier I wanted a sweet tea . I don't like drinking water or sodas with my meal. After purchasing my order walked over to get some sweet tea which I thought they had. Nope they just had unsweet tea. It's like the subways now they dont make sweet tea anymore. I had to drink a soda which I don't like. Don't understand why restaurants or taking away little commodities like this where customers can enjoy their meal. Maybe the employees have gotten lazy about making the sweet tea.

Last time at this firehouse! I called to speak with the manager Sarah as my sub was missing meat. I’ve been here several times and had minimum complaints but never addressed them but this time I’m done! She said that they weigh the meat which they may but not this time, I guess she saying I’m lying and they can’t skip weighing. My sub was basically not toasted, small amount of meat and forgot to add banana peppers as I asked and on receipt. She said that I could bring back and they would remake, but I didn’t want to wait until I got off to take a sandwich back, I will take the loss but never again. And they were busy so they could have just eyeballed the meat instead of weighing it, no excuse when people are spending their hard earned money!!

Imagine starving and stopping at a fire house subs for the first time and you’re now sitting on your hotel bed disappointed that ur sandwich is not how you envisioned and your Doritos were stale look like it had a slight opening so the first chip damn near melted disgustingly in my mouth. Luckily I opened them right there and were able to trade them. The two stars is for at least having a friendly woman on the register. It took me 12 minutes to get my sandwich one person in front of me ordered a sandwich hers came out in 3 minutes. Employees talk to much make sandwich and keep it moving when your done then you laugh and joke not over my food. I asked for extra mayo I did not get that I asked for Jalepenos had a bout 3 on one side of my sandwich Big ole thick and onion hanging off my sandwich soon as I opened the box on my NewYork Steamer. For $14+ if you add chips and a drink it was not worth it. And please tell who ever that was making the tea to wear gloves since several items are being handled and then you stick your hand in with a spoon to stir tea😳 and lastly the bread definitely isn’t fresh. Get it together. There’s no way I see. Y'all in every state and the one time I stop to try it out this is what you sold me😡

Veterans get a discount at this establishment. Eating the subs and sandwiches here it’s like biting into heaven itself affordable great service and a great selection of subs.
