Ordered online through mobile website, then arrived at location at time of pickup only to find out the order was never received by this location despite collecting payment. Then proceeded to show the people there the email receipt so they could actually make the order.My italian was made correctly. My girlfriend’s tuna salad sub was instead made as a literal salad with tuna thrown on top, something that isn’t even available on the menu…?Overall a disappointing experience

They absolutely failed at making a cheesesteak sandwich. One of the simplest orders I've done and it came basically meat on bread with none of the toppings. Guess they were lazy today. Never going back. Dont recommend.

The staff here is super friendly. If you haven’t ever ordered a salad from here, highly recommend hook and ladder salad. By far the best salad I’ve had in a while. Love the way they chop up the veggies to get some in every bite ?Parking: Easy in. Easy out.

They were short staffed but let me know immediately that they were working on my food and let me knew when it was almost done, I didn't mind the wait and appreciated the great communication and staff's time and their courteous.

The food is like every other Firehouse location, however it takes forever to get said food.
Perfect sandwiches!! Outstanding product quality, super friendly staff and guaranteed satisfaction everytime. The home made bread, the premium meats, the top notch cheeses, the creamy mac and cheese, the thick robust potato cream, the sauces, the desserts, everything needed for a delightful never dissapointing meal!! Highly recommended!!….and thats the Truth!!!

i jus moved to the area so i didn’t know a lot of good places to eat at so i just walked in here and everything was great . kevin , angel and ej helped suggesting a good product and i enjoyed it . overall very nice staff , will definitely recommend and come often . :)
