Brian, was a fantastic waiter. The best we have ever had at any place. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. They set the table with orchids and a birthday card to make it extra special. I love coming to fish bones. They have a delicious watermelon cocktail. I also love their filet mignon with truffle butter. The house salad is one of the best I have ever had. There are olives in it and I hate olives, but in this salad I love them. Cannot forget about the sushi and the lobster.

Fishbones is one of the restaurants where we have come to know staff by name. It is our special occasion go to because the food is always excellent, the servers (especially our regular Tommy) attentive and caring, and the managers (we love Michelle) check in to be sure every thing is always satisfaction.
