Went in to grab a quick glass of iced tea. No greeting - just "for here or to go?" Name? Phone number? email address? At this point I am perplexed as to why I have to give all of this info to get a glass of tea. $3.34...ok - I give her a $10 bill. She returns $6 to me with no comment. Proceeds to get my tea with great effort. Once she placed the tea on the counter I asked if there was any pink sweetener response. NO. SO then, you have no sweetener? No pink. OK options? Some equal was tossed on the counter and she quickly walked away to join the only other diner in the building at their booth. I then understood I was a disruption!! Just an overall rude, poor experience, where I was made to feel like a bother and was forced to tip whether I wanted to or not (because I was offered no change). NO THANK YOU - would not even consider for pizza or any other food. Customer service still matters - and $4.00 for a weak, no taste tea. Adios!!

Greasy food, service had to ask for cutlery for each person each time she came back to the table with a salad for each person separately, bathroom was dirty and had to ask for toilet paper which they got frustrated about. Will not waste my money there again!!! The place was loud like a bar but no alcohol better spots to get quality pizza and service.

Brought my fiancé out for dinner here Monday night. The crew was super friendly and got me the food I ordered in no time at all. The cooks on the back did an excellent job making our food. 10/10

I just felt it was important to share my experience with Marcas who is the manager at the Lake Mary store, located in Central Florida. I placed an Uber Eats order for a BOGO. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that I did not select the right option for the BOGO and needed to cancel and and reorder. I wasn’t satisfied with the response. I asked for a manager, and Marcas made sure I was taken care of. I was taught of the young age we put people on the moon. Thank you Marcas great job ?

We stopped in about 7:45PM, greeted immediately. Got food fast. Didn’t get picture of salads but it was good. Tried the pepperoni and Asiago rolls, unique taste but delicious. Pizza was great too. We will be stop by again if in area.

A couple of friends recommended this place we went there the pizza was good but not for almost $30 for a medium supreme. I spent more money on pizza in other places but, it feeds the whole family because the Ziza is huge. I had already eaten two slices before I could remember to take a picture, yes that small for $27. The pizza crust was way beyond thin. When I was trying to hold it and fold it it was miserable. I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats and DoorDash. I picked up an order here and it wasn't quite ready, but the staff treated me like royalty and gave me a free drink. After smelling the restaurant, I had to go back and have their food for myself.
