I normally love coming to Jason’s deli, tonight I placed an online order for a cup of soup and a half capris panini for curbside pickup. After waiting for over 20 minutes passed the quoted pickup time I went inside and was told it was still being made. After 35 minutes my food was finally out. Drive 15 minutes home only to find out my panini was over cooked and burnt and had half a slice of mozzarella in it if it was lucky….
