The drive through is a joke. 48 minutes to get through it. No way to get out of line once your in there. They used to have someone out w a tablet taking orders to speed things up but not anymore. Stay away if ypu want to wait an hour for ice cream

Terrible experience, although it was a delivery order ( doesn't matter) the portion size was smaller than a toddler's portion waste of money !!!!!!!! Overpriced for the portion

Ignore the other people that reviewed this place. It's your typical high school workers working. They're super kind and go above and beyond. Obviously they can't have an ice cream out every 20 second so people need to be patient

I purchased their new Gelati CAKE ICE CREAM CAKE for my bday, I was expecting to at least had 1 or 2 slices of cake unfortunately is not , is just a rectangle of pure italian ice in a form of cake in that case I would just bought ice cream or stick to they're soft serve, I just bought a block rectangle of hard gelatti and pure ice cream ( NO CAKE AT ALL) I was expecting ice cream cake like baskin robbins where there's ice cream and cake or any other types of ice cream cakes that have cake, I called them to speak with a manager nobody knows when he will come back to work again worst purchased ever... $32 dollars on ice cream 😒😡🤮🤢

Clean location, friendly staff and plenty of sweets to choose from. Busy lines on the weekends but the team makes them pass by quickly.

Not my favorite place for an icy treat. Although there are many flavors and fun mix-ins and the prices are okay, I didn't enjoy the itallian ice as much as the soft serve with caramel sauce. It really comes down to personal preference I guess, but even though I didn't enjoy it much, I do recommend at least trying it once.

One day many moons back, I tried the Scoop Froggy Frog Swirl. Big mistake - I am now addicted both to the treat and to the experience of enjoying it with my son, and when I'm out of range of a Jeremiah's I suffer greatly! Soooooo good!

Obviously the Ice cream is always delicious. However, I wish the presentation was there. The chocolate/cookies&cream wasn’t layered and the server forgot my cookies & cream crumble. Blueberry gelatin was veryyyy cheap on the rainbow sprinkles and the ratio wasn’t there. Every Jeremiah’s I go they give a worthy amount.
