Ordered the Cubano, says it has bacon ham pickles and provolone cheese. Mine just has pickles and ham, and almost no ham. Still taste alright, but for 14$ I won't be back.

I love this location the most! Lincoln is always so chipper to the customers. The service is always great even when busy. My order is always correct, the staff is very friendly as well. I love to come in and try different sandwiches as wraps which they never bat an eye about roe substitutions. The restaurant is always clean!

I'm usually not this crude and crass but the service here sucks! They were extremely rude to my child who was picking up the order. Unbeknownst to them, my son is a professional fighter and they came very close to having a very negative experience with him. They've been extremely rude to me when I picked up an order for another family member, on top of that we felt ill after eating the sandwiches. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this establishment again. Oh yeah I almost forgot, they didn't even do the mobile order until we got there. Ridiculous operation!

This review is not about their food because I’ve never had it. This review is about management and ownership. My daughter is autistic and started working there part time. The ownership was aware of the situation. As a parent I am shocked and appalled on the treatment shown. Instead of helping they chose the cowardly way out and fired her saying her availability didn’t work. My daughter had open availability 7 days a week. Saying her feelings are crushed is an understatement. Be better Jimmy Johns there is plenty adults on the spectrum out there, or don’t hire them at all if you aren’t willing to help.
