The food is good, but they keep having the same problems. They don't properly cook their potatoes for breakfast. It's rushed, and no care is taken to cook them throughly. It's kind of obvious to any cook that some more time to not only cook them, but to get color on them too. It's the single reason I don't come here often. What really annoys me is these potatoes are cut very thin, and yet they still can't cook them right. Other breakfast places use thicker cut potatoes and yet they have no problems. Management needs to do something about this, because it's costing them customers. It's an inconvenience to either have to ask them to redo it, or just put aside the uncooked ones.
One other problem is occasionally I get toasted bread that has been sitting too long, and has a stale taste. Like if one of them did too much toast, to the point I got some of this over an hour later. The bread needs to be freshly toasted, not done hours before. Both of these reasons especially the uncooked potatoes has caused me to think twice about Kikis for breakfast.

For a restaurant, I rate this place at a solid 4 stars. I was actually impressed by the fact that the oatmeal dish was high quality oats and has no sugar added. Sugar, milk, and spices are provided on the side. Huge fan of that.
The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is at the general lack of coffee options. With cafe in the name, I expected some variety. I suggest branching out into coffee varieties and espresso. You will dramatically expand your audience for a pretty minimal cost operationally. You only need a couple baristas to focus on the coffee, and you will really round your menu and truly live up to the cafe name.

The food was excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that the table was dirty. There was something dried on the table maybe coffee?

Our food was good!! Our server was really sweet and polite and so sweet the young ladies that greeted us. We ordered turkey bacon, eggs, pancakes, cheese grits, Stuffed French toast (it didn’t have enough filling), an omelette and orange juice. The pancakes were too thick and the food lacked seasoning but it was good. We will return if we’re visiting this area again.

This was my first time at this place and unfortunately will be my last! Ordered two eggs over medium, sausage links and a pancake. Eggs were overcooked and brown on the outside. Sausage links were okay and pancake was raw batter and very doughy. Very overpriced for what you get as well with the tiny portions. Even though we did get a discount, still left a horrible first impression. Food should never leave the kitchen looking like this. I'm coming to the realization that none of these restaurants can keep good cooks and they're hiring people that don't know how to cook... out of sheer desperation. I'm about ready to just wait for robot automation to take over the entire restaurant industry. At least they'll be some consistency. Save your money...eat at home.
