I stop by this KFC pretty often and I've got to say, the service here is consistently great. I want to give a special shout-out to Wendy and Antonio--these two are always on point. Wendy especially goes above and beyond every time I come in. She's incredibly friendly, remembers my order, and always lets me know about any deals going on. It really makes a difference when you're greeted with that kind of customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!

This is the single worst KFC location around. They never have chicken ready even though the app says it’s ready. You can pull up to the drive-through and order a three-piece meal and have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook the chicken. You can order a bucket of chicken on the app and the app will tell you it’s ready but when you show up, you can wait another 40 minutes for them to cook the chicken. The lobby is always filthy, and the only employee that looks like he actually cares is the one cooking the chicken.
