Worst KFC I have had in 50years. 25min late on my mobile order. Gave me no white meat in my 8-piece and it was severely over cooked. Dirty restaurant. Won’t buy KFC again from any location

Went in un sure of what I wanted for me and my family but a very patient manager named Juan was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction thank you so much to him and the staff for their help definitely will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Paid for a large order when I opened the bag instead of sixteen pieces, there were only four pieces in the box NO sides. Of course, 16 pieces cannot fit in this small container. I preordered for a company event. This was really humiliating.

No, no, no heck nah!! Went here yesterday 9/17/25 using drive through. The lady told me to come back in 20 minutes because they didn’t have any wings. I came back and still no wings so I ordered anyway. When I got home the chicken was so oily and soggy and I had 6 stale fries. When I picked up the oily chicken to give to my daughter, a HAIR was attached to it.
I went back and walked into the store. What a disgusting store for a fast food place. It felt janky, the floor had piles of water, and it looked run down. I returned the food and had to come back next day for a refund. Don’t come here.

Customer service was terrible. The cashier did not want to add beverages to our order in the drive thru. She answered “ if you want beverages you have to go back around and order them” mind you, we haven’t paid our order at this point.
