This is the worst kfc ever. Showed up tonight and the employees were hanging out at the dumpster saying they were closed. Had no chicken.

I wanted to go to Wendy’s but the line was long and I noticed that kfc had no line at all. BIGGEST mistake ever. I paid double for my food then I would’ve at Wendy’s just for the food to be so nasty tasted old and GAVE ME FOOD POISONING on Christmas Eve. I had to celebrate Christmas eve throwing up and in the toilet instead of cooking for my family. I should’ve known when there was no line at all at the busiest time of the day

Picked up an order bag states that it is double checked for accuracy guessing that that's not true because they clearly forgot the sauce disappointing because I was looking forward to trying that

We picked up the chicken and sides from this KFC. very friendly and very helpful. We gave them a day's notice and then you came through with flying colors. Great people to deal with.

This place is a joke! Mobile ordered, arrive and everything closed. Customer service takes 30 minutes to address - same questions over and over. Place is a drive through dumpster anyway, if had seen before ordering would never have ordered in first place. Maybe they should close to clean!

This place is ridiculous. I showed up, some guy was eating his food on the bench to the right of the door, looking up at me & goes back to shoving his face. Another guy was on his phone just walking around behind the counter looking up at me & then back at his phone & says nothing. The manager is just wow… a piece of work. He is doing the same thing!!! Except on his phone. He walks around in circles like he’s lost. NOBODY GREETED ME OR EVEN SAID ANYTHING!!!

Ordered a 3 piece meal with fries. The fries were a quarter full. We asked for a full order of fries. The worker told us all they just scraped the last from the bottom can we pull around the front while they make more. We should have been told there will be a wait on fries instead of trying to short the order. I ended up going in to get the fries and a straw. Or we would have been there all night.

Ordered food online. Redeemed an incentive that should up until after I paid. Went to pick up my food and was not there. Manager Joseph said he could not give it me since it didn’t show up. Needs to learn how to talk to customers. Told me well to be blunt I can’t give free food to everyone that’s comes in asking. I wasn’t asking for free food I was asking for my redemption. Very rude and always missing items. Will never go back there again.
