One of my all-time favorite restaurants. Happy to have one right down the street from my neighborhood. The staff is great. The food is always perfect. Love the menu. Love the Location. we do dine in a couple times a month and we do take out at least once or twice a month. They never disappoint.

Two steak diners were ordered and an appetizer.The appetizer came out hot and was good. The two steaks were a different story, after waiting 20 minutes for them, one came out as ordered and the second, ordered medium rare came out well done. The steaks and sides were cold on both plates, as if they had been siting for a long time I never send food back to be warmed properly as I don't enjoy the surprises deposited by the cooks when this is done. Another was ordered for my wife and she watched me eat a little of my meal and letting the rest go to the garbage, waited another 20 minutes before the server asked if her replacement had come out yet. We told her it hadn't and we were leaving. So my wife never got her steak before it was boxed up to go. FYI, it was also medium well done, which our dog didn't complain about at all. The manager never came out to apologize, but in his infinite kindness comped my wife's steak that she didn't get to eat. I would have appreciated a sincere apology instead. The server was very apologetic and very attentive.

The food was very well done. However, our specific waitress didn't quite get things right the first time. I ended up with water with lemon when I asked for no lemon and a sweet potato with butter when I ask for no butter. I don't know why people write things down if they're not going to verify what they're going to serve matches what they've written down.

The reservation system was awful and made three hours of work to finally get a table. Did not have full food on the menu and did not know until well after the order was entered. This ended up having some food come out later than others. The food was good and the waitress did all she could to make things right.

Steak salad (7 Pepper) was fine and portion size was very large. Staff very pleasant. Seated fast and order taking was prompt. Took a while for food to be served. Likely an understaffed kitchen. This is a common problem with many businesses now and is not the staff's fault. I don't blame them one bit. Food was fine. No complaints. Prices are elevated but this is now the new normal.

Longhorn to me has the best steaks of any place and went to all the steakhouses longhorn beats all of them, I had the fire grill T-Bone I still taste it in my mouth I ate 2 hours ago definitely a five-star restaurant from the bread to the baked potato to the salad and steak and add two lobster tails oh my God I'm still full I love that place great service too we had a great waiter ?????????

Really great steak, from all the main steakhouses longhorn always delivers. Their mash potatoes is one of the best around. Services were okay at this location, I did have to remind the server of a few things that she forgot but not a big deal as she was friendly and helpful.

Ordered a Rib eye wanted it medium & my sister ordered rare. So my rib eye was rare. Still was great, can't complain. The taste was excellent. The waitress was very good, kept my Ice tea full, over 3 bucks for a drink, ouch!
We had such a wonderful time at this location. They accommodated us, a party of 20 with a smile. Our waitress were the best! Meghan and Alyssa (please forgive me if I spelled your names wrong). They were quick, genuine, great Sence of humor, and so friendly. All of our orders were perfect! So happy we were able to celebrate my son graduation as a Valedictorian with our loved ones in Longhorns of Lake Mary. Thank you from the Rios family.

We normally go to longhorn for family birthdays. The service before this one was horrible because they mixed all our food and checks. This time was much better, but the server wasn’t able to handle picking up plates, so the table got cluttered and some dishes got mixed. Checks came out correct this time! I don’t blame the server tho. Looks short staffed like most restaurants right now.

This has finally did a major turn around in service and food. We were very hesitant to come back, but some one gave us a gift card so we came back. I hope new management keeps this place on top. Don’t want to be disappointed next time.

Matthew P. was our waiter at the Sanford fl location. He went above and beyond always checking on us to make sure we had a great experience. He was so polite and it was an enjoyable dinner. I hope the manager of this location knows what he has in Matthew. He knows how to make people happy. I highly recommend asking for his section when you visit. The food was cooked to perfection. My husband and I will be going back.

I ordered a ribeye and it was very good. My friend ordered lamb chops and he said they were also good. We enjoyed the food but our server was friendly enough but not very good at his job. After we ordered we sat there for 10 minutes or longer and I had to flag down the waiter and ask for our salad. This was the first time we had to ask for the salad. Usually if we don't get an appetizer the salad is served right away. we could see the kitchen from where we sat and I noticed our food was ready for pick up and it sat there a little bit then a girl brought. The waiter never ask if I wanted another wine. The girl that brought the food ask. All in all the food was very good. Waiter needs training on customer service.
