The ice cream machine at the McDonald’s Lakemary branch is always out of order, and their ice cream is consistently served melted and at high temperatures. This greatly affects the quality. I hope McDonald’s management will fix this issue soon.
Horrible. Post remodel food takes for ever inside. Seems everyone was also asked to park and wait in drive thru as well. Food was delivered with no ketchup or napkins. They literally have NOTHING on the floor anymore. Everything is behind the counter. You can't get anyone's attention when you walk up to the counter. Person who dropped our food went to go do other stuff instead of bringing the ketchup or napkins. Worst experience.

Horrible service and the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Ordered a happy meal for curbside pick up and waited for over 15 minutes before having to go in to receive it . Employees were standing around laughing and talking not doing any work. When I finally got the attention of a girl she went over a got my sons food which had obviously been sitting there for a while because everything was cold. Another employees was laughing, and waving me out of the store when I tried to tell them I had been waiting for so long. I called to complain but the person who answered was just as awful. She said she was the manager but would not give her name and when I tried to tell her what happened I could hear her laughing and then cut me off and said”ok sorry,” When asked if that’s how they run that place she said “well we were busy” but I was the only one at curbside, there was no one in line ordering, there were 2 cars in the drive thru and only one lady sitting at a table inside so I can’t imagine how horrible the service is when they are actually busy! Once I asked for a phone number to a general manager she hung up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and hung up on me again. And the. Would not answer at all when I called again. Thank you for reminding me why I very rarely go to McDonald’s.

How come a McDonalds with a play area does not have changing tables in the restrooms? This is an inconvenience for parents with young kids. I had to change my son’s diaper in my car.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after waiting over 30 minutes for my food tonight and experiencing unacceptable behavior from the manager—Julian, if I caught the name correctly—I felt compelled to share. I used to be a regular at this location, but after tonight’s experience, I won’t be returning. Perhaps it’s a sign that it’s time to move on from McDonald’s altogether. My wife would appreciate that! To add, the tables were unclean, and it was a general crap show. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

The drive thru experience post remodel is terrible. I’ve visited 3 times since and each time has taken 15+ minutes to get my food with 2/3 times the order being incorrect. Highly recommend going to a different location.

For starters, service was very exceptional! I wasn’t planning on doing a review… BUT The moment I put in my order at the kiosk and found a seat, my order came out just as fast. I thought to myself “that can’t be fresh?!” But I was definitely mistaken! Don’t think I’ve ever had a McDonalds sandwich that looked like the commercial’s haha. Secondly great customer service from most of the staff especially Ms Jennifer Cody and thanks for having a nice clean eating environment! Keep up the good work you all and don’t let up!

Don't know who the manager was working tonight, looked asian/ maybe Hispanic. Waited 15 minutes. Kept getting skipped. Talked to him 3 times. Its on camera. He told another customer who waited 20 min. Oh well! You guys should just close with people you hire. I know this is just another review you skip, but he needs to be fired. Awful service, the amount of disrespect to me and other customers. No wonder your service sucks!

I placed a mobile and when I got to the first Windows the lady was really rude and tried to get me to pay for the order I already paid for then when I got to the second Windows I had to confirm my order twice just to receive the wrong order anyway so I went inside to speak with the manager who was also rude and she gave me a new bag with half the food I ordered so I had to go back in and they where even more rude absolutely terrible experience

This is a good McDonalds that has a lot of kids as they have the playground. It was a great place to stop as we were hungry but also waiting out the storm that was going through.
