Sitting at the pickup counter for 10 minutes had 6 people make eye contact with me and not ask if I needed help, lady came in after got helped, another to order and got taken care of so I slid to the register line, then got told one second by a girl and she walked away until finally a guy came to help. Horrible service.

11:03 am march 25, lady working at the register drive through incredibly rude!!! Never coming back here , didn’t give any sauce and pretty sure we asked THE MANAGER, they gave us almost empty cokes! Other guy on the line who took my order through the drive through was pretty good tho! The rest horrible!

Ordered a $5 meal with a medium coffee. The young lady working the front comes with my coffee, hands it to me and says, "I'm not sure if you gonna want this because it's not hot". What?? Indeed the coffee was not hot at all, and had probably been sitting out for an hour. Please coach your crew members on proper customer service.

Kid-friendliness: They have to work on their customer service inside people they ignore you. They look and turn back around and then you don’t even care. I was waiting for like 20 minutes outside, waiting for a drink that they never brought out.

They advertise open 24 hours but after repeatedly stopping in for a breakfast/coffee in the morning at 4:45 they are closed. If they are closed 4 o’clock to 5 o’clock or any time, they should advertise this on their hours so they do not waste peoples time to show up and say they are closed. I even offered to pay cash $10 for coffee and they keep the change and they still wouldn’t give me a coffee.

It's so cold In here it feels like the north pole and the robots are taking peoples jobs and the food was much smaller then normal
Parking: It is always packed and if you want food you better like waiting in lines and if you want the it fast come on a weekday
Kid-friendliness: The kid playground was open when i came and the gurms are everywhere in this place

Ordered 3 apple slice bags and a water cup, ended up being $8. They incorrectly charged me for a water cup which has been free for as long as I’ve been alive and these apple slices used to be like 75 cents. When I asked the manager at the window about the transaction he was rude and said I could check the receipt myself and rudely added that they now charge for water. Very disappointed, this is definitely gonna be my last McDonald’s visit for a long while.

Drive thru order that was taken down wrong. Poor girl at the window had to fix it. They asked us to pull up to the first spot while they made the food. When they brought out the food, we checked the numbers of burgers and fries and all checked out, only to get home and find 1 of the quarter pounders had no meat on it. I’m not talking a flimsy burger- there was nothing but 2 pieces of cheese and bacon. When I called, the manager said she can remake if we come back. I’m already home, and not going 20 minutes out of my way. I hate to say it but fast food has gone down hill- the people don’t care about quality nor service and I will not be coming back.

If you want hair in your fries, come to this McDonalds!! Went through the drive through and holy crap it took 20 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker and asked for my order, they didn't have it. Went inside to ask the workers and they were running around like chickens without heads. The supervisor had no hair cap, and his hair went directly into a bag of fries when he was inspecting the order. Disgusting. On top of that, they took someone else's order and gave it to me after I told them exactly what I ordered. Didn't get what I wanted. Every time I come to this Mcdonald's there's something wrong. Don't waste your time here and instead go to this McDonald's (2960 International Pkwy, Lake Mary, FL 32746).

I was in between showings, I'm a Realtor. I stopped in quickly to get a happy meal. I did a mobile order. The food came quickly but there was not even one napkin included. When I asked the person who brought it out to me to get me napkins I waited and then I ended up just going in myself. I normally have napkins in my car but this particular time I did not

I bought 2 Strawberry and cream pies to take home with me. When I went to eat them both pies were hard the jelly was hard the cream was brown, they were terrible I threw them out.
