A cute, veteran owned, and well decorated frozen yogurt store. They have a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. The owner was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Everything was clean and well organized. They also have the taste test cups available on a tray so you don't have to ask each time.

Yesterday, I went to Menchie’s and got some pumpkin and cake batter fro-yo. It was good, but I do regret mixing the flavors together. It sort of masked the pumpkin taste. Also, I don’t know if having one employee inside the store is a one time thing because it was a holiday, but I recommend against it. While he was in the back refilling the machines, anyone could have gone in and gotten free fro-yo. Resulting in the employee getting fired🥲. So yeah have another employee just to be safe!

Drove all the way from Longwood today. Very disappointed. The place was empty but extremely dirty. Looks like the girl that worked there hadn't cleaned anything all day. One of the machines exploded and got chocolate all over my white shirt that I'm wearing. The vanilla dispenser also wasn't working. Ended up getting very little ice cream with some toppings and it was almost $7. Won't be making this mistake again.

Next time I will go on the weekends or night time like I usually do and not come during the evening. The staff did not even say hi or was hospitable. I tried not to think nothing of it. I said hi twice and was ignored. The staff said he gets uncomfortable when busy. There was only myself with my kids and another family of 3. This staff if a light skin man with black nails and hair to the side. Horrible customer service. Didn’t even ask for my rewards or if I have one. Couldn’t tell whether he was racist or having a bad day. How do you guys have people working like this knowing the type of diversity that exists in FL?!? I always go with my kids and family members and today was one of those days. Which I can understand.. I hope the staff member feels better or cures his disgust for Afro latinas. No one wants to get treated some type of way when they are out and about. Especially when nothing wrong was done in my end.

My friend and I went in there tonight after dinner, and when we open the door, the smell of bleach smacked us in the face. I told the young man at the counter that it’s not good timing to do this with customers in the building. He didn’t really acknowledge it. My friend has severe asthma. We had to go to the front of the store to eat our dessert and look in the other room that was empty and he was spraying the tables with bleach. Whoever he is, needs to show more respect for customers, especially those who have asthma. We didn’t tell him that, but it should be common courtesy. The entire establishment smelled like bleach and makes me not want to come back.

This Menchies wasn't too busy and we could get to the machines easily. There were plenty of flavors to choose from this evening. I like that they have tiny cups to use to taste a flavor before you fill up your cup.

The toppings area was well organized and clean. The cashier was very nice and asked if we had an awards account.

So again here's an establishment that has tips on their POS system. Not sure what I would be tipping, you grab your own cup, you pour your own soft serve, you put on your own toppings, you place your cup on the scale. There is no service to tip.

The cost is going up here like everywhere else. Barely put much in the cup and 2 cups cost $10.

Sugar ants all over the machines and tiles. Thoroughly disgusted!! What made it worse is they were fully aware and not concerned! Yuck! - Correction this was the Colonial Town Park location

The store was very clean. We took the family to enjoy a treat for my little guys 8th birthday. Alexa was working and she was super friendly, talked to the kids, wrote his name on the board and celebrated with us! We love this place and we love Alexa!

Very clean and the Machines were working great! The bathrooms were very clean and everything was working. I love to sit in the party room it’s so nice! When i went (Alexa) was working and was very sweet and talkative, she was so kind and a very happy girl. She made my experience worth the drive! Will 100% be going back!!
