Froyo it’s always awesome! Heather you should try to find a job that makes you happy. Your miserable demeanor towards customers was unbearable.
Also when you are making waffle cones you should take your gloves off to receive cash!
Health department wouldn’t approve.

Location is closed. (door locked, lights off, chairs up). If they are normally closed on Sundays, Google hours have not been updated at the time of this review and are showing they should be open.

Customer service could be better.
Cashier should get off her personal mobile. When All guest enter and leave Greet with a smile.

Youth likes this special treat would definitely avoid this location.

Idk what happened to this location. It used to be sooo good but every time I have gone in the past 6 months the machines are down and the froyo tastes rancid. No idea what the staff there is doing wrong but it feels like they need some serious help.

The yogurt itself is good, but beware that this place AUTOMATICALLY adds a massive 20% tip when you go to pay. That's super shady, but also IT'S A SELF SERVE!!!
Make sure to uncheck the tip button before you pay.

Love this place but the customer service here isn't great. Been here twice, the 1st time no one greeted us but luckily I had been to the one in Orlando so I knew what to do and I didn't see the worker come out till I was ready to pay. 2nd time it was a different person but she was nowhere in sight for like 10 mins, I could've eaten my fro-yo and left.

Today was an absolute joke. I stood at the register for 20 minutes holding my frozen yogurt, wasting my time, while not a single employee was anywhere to be found. I called out multiple times and nothing. It seriously felt like they all just clocked out and left. When someone finally dragged herself out from the back with long red hair, she didn’t say a single word. Not even a “sorry for the wait,” or a “can I help you?”, just a nasty disgusted look like I was the problem for daring to exist at the counter. If anything, they should’ve handed me my froyo for free after wasting my time and treating me like dirt. I was honestly two seconds away from walking out without paying, and after this experience, I wouldn’t have even felt bad about it. The frozen yogurt is good, but not good enough to put up with this kind of garbage service. Do better at who y’all hire because it seems like she had to pay you guys a couple grand to get a job at Menchie’s. Also, the job itself is not that difficult for her to act like that or hide in the back of wherever she was. I could perform 100x better with no hours of training. I hope I don’t see her there again. But I won’t, don’t worry, because I’ll never be coming back.

This place is extremely Rundown. The place lacks cleanliness, there was yogurt all over the machines not cleaned up. The garbage was overflowing. The staff member there was very rude not wanting to assist and on her phone. Very disappointing will NOT be back.

the frozen yogurt was yummerific and the worker was super sweet! although he did seem sick which concerned me regarding the hygiene policies of this location. the service was excellent; however, even when understaffed, don't make your workers come in when sick.

I went on 03/01/25 at 5pm.

My kids love it and it tastes so good they like the variety of options for toppings and they enjoy making it. The staff is super friendly!

A cute, veteran owned, and well decorated frozen yogurt store. They have a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. The owner was very informative and pleasant to talk to. Everything was clean and well organized. They also have the taste test cups available on a tray so you don't have to ask each time.

Yesterday, I went to Menchie’s and got some pumpkin and cake batter fro-yo. It was good, but I do regret mixing the flavors together. It sort of masked the pumpkin taste. Also, I don’t know if having one employee inside the store is a one time thing because it was a holiday, but I recommend against it. While he was in the back refilling the machines, anyone could have gone in and gotten free fro-yo. Resulting in the employee getting fired🥲. So yeah have another employee just to be safe!
