They charge a $1 for a splash of milk in your coffee. Very slow service. It took them 18 minutes to make me an ice coffee. Floor was dirty.

They had a new girl and she was super sweet. But they had a lady who spoke Spanish training her and she was rude and I could barely understand her. I asked for coffee and to make it extra sweet and the barista which looked like he just rolled out of bed did a horrible job lol luckily the new girl was sweet or I would have rated worse

It took 1.5 hours for our food to come out. We didn’t get water until right before we left. The food was good, the coffee was super sugary. Be prepared to wait a LONG time if you eat here

Very small business. Line was out the door but the fall coffee flavors were worth the wait.

Horrible service. Slow and food took forever. Looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Shame because they used to be a fabulous counter service coffee shop

No longer a coffee shop. This is a restaurant. No self seating even outdoors on the patio.

Had a great breakfast here on a weekday morning. No wait around 9 am. At first I was a little worried looking at some of the reviews, but honestly I have no complaints. Contrary to what I saw in another person's review, you can order drinks to go, not just table service, though I did have a sit down breakfast when I visited. Menu is extensive and is basically a full service restaurant. I loved both the honey lavender latte and my ranchero breakfast burrito. Service was also not a problem at all; everything came out at a reasonable time.

The food is amazing / coffee is good but the wait to get your food and coffee is ridiculously long. So if you come be prepared to wait.

THE GOOD: cute spot, almond croissant was fresh and delish, guy taking our order was super friendly. we were oo-ing and ahh-ing over all the yummy looking pastries!

THE BAD: the tall girl with black hair who prepared our coffee flight was rude and dismissive. had us wait as she left the coffee flight sitting without the lids for 10 minutes while she was goofing around with her coworkers. I was confused and thought maybe she had to add something to the cups but no, after she was done goofing off, smelling a cup, tasting something, washing something else going to the back … she finally put the lids on and without making any eye contact mumbled “coffee flight to go” pushed the tray towards us and walked away. lol

THINK IT’S WORTH MENTIONING: $17 is steep for the 4 cups of the hot flight considering they are very small (similar to gargle bath cups or sample cups) and are filled 3/4 of the way. two were very tasty, two were watery and weak. I’ve ordered the iced flight before.. each cup was a normal size, cute, fun, whimsy with different toppers, nothing like the (sad) hot flight we got today. I suspect it had something to do with the girl who made it ..

CONCLUSION: for $30 (tip included) I got a few sips of lukewarm coffee, two pastries, and an attitude lol

I’ve been coming here since they opened and as of late the service has been horrible. They see you waiting, don’t acknowledge you and just plain ignore you. I stopped coming in. I came back this morning and it has not changed. Food and atmosphere makes up for the lack of service.

This is a very cozy and pet friendly place. I give it 3 stars strictly because of the food. The coffee was excellent and the primary reason to visit! I would visit again for the coffee, if I was ever in the neighborhood.

Not worth it. As soon as I walked in I was told it was a long wait. We were seated with no menu for about 20min. When we got our drinks we had no way of drinking because we had to wait 10min just for straws. $100 just for 3 people.

Been here before and it was decent enough. Today I came in 15 minutes before closing only to get shown the door even when people were still getting their coffees in the shop. I worked customer service so I get it, people come in late, but to refuse a customer with 15 minutes left seems excessive. Won’t be coming back after that second trip.

Decent atmosphere and coffee, but the line was long/slow-moving and staff not the most efficient. Part of our group’s order was forgotten so that pushed our wait time up around 20 minutes. I also think upcharging a dollar for half and half in hot coffee is a little silly. Overall I’d recommend trying this place but probably during a less busy day/time.

DO NOT COME HERE. Friday September 26th right before noon and I was just served MOLD in my scone. The employee told me it was baked today. I took two bites and ate this. Not fresh and a health hazard. I will be contacting everyone.
