We went for our birthday today and enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was great, we loved the Fall coffee flights, and the sweet surprise cake was an added bonus. We will absolutely be back.
Handy for a mid cycle stop for coffee and a bite to eat.

Pathetic service. Took 15 mins to get an Ice vanilla latte, a premade croissant and a pre made spinach wrap.
The croissant and wrap weren’t even warmed, they didn’t even give us any plates, cutlery or napkins.
Lousy little coffee shop not getting anymore business from us our anyone we know.
It’s not hard to manage such simple things.

I have been here multiple times and usually have good service. However today was terrible. Our server was Rachael W. We ordered a grilled cheese which came out completely uncooked the cheese was cold and not melted. We sent it back and it proceeded to take 40 minutes. We asked the server when our food would be remade and the server was laughing being extremely rude saying there’s other people they need to serve. She kept going to the cook in front of us and laughing while talking about us. I am extremely disappointed
Last time I came here, I got a hot cocoa and some food and it was delightfully delicious. This time though, I got a decaf Caramel Frappuchino and I was utterly disappointed in how it turned out. On my first sip, it tasted like regular decaf coffee. In addition, it was very liquidity and had no caramel flavor at least so I thought. Eventually, after a few sips, it became the consistency of a regular frappe, yet there was still no caramel flavor. At the very bottom of my drink though the consistency changed yet again with ice chunks; sadly though only three chunks had caramel flavor. What am I saying though? The whole drink should have had caramel flavor! Anyways, the only reason I gave them three stars was because the employees were nice and the drink didn't taste bad. It was just not up to standard. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a fluke. Since I didn’t ask about remaking it, I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a fluke. I’m still excited to come to this place in the future!?

A few problems here. They have you tip before receiving your food/ service so I would not have tipped as much as I did if I had known they would serve our meal much before our drinks. When we asked for water since we had not received drinks yet, we were told we would have to pay for bottled water. That is terrible. How do you expect us to eat food without beverages.

Wow first time here and I love this place. Natalie was so amazing and kind. She made great conversation and was very attentive. The iced coffees are even tastier than they look.
BONUS: the food is cooked to order. everything is fresh. Chicken is cooked to order. The kitchen is very clean.

The place is in a really pretty area. Nice shops around and areas to walk. The options were good, and so was the food. What really took away from the experience was the gentleman who took our order. We were with some people from out of town and it was our first time there so we had questions about the menu items. He was very snarky and seemed irritated by our questions. It won't stop me from going back, but I'm not sure if a customer facing position is the best one for him. Hopefully, we get someone else next time.

This place is crazy, and unfortunately not is a good way. It used to be a cute little coffee shop that had specialty coffee flights and other drinks. Now since they went viral on social media expect to wait in line for 45 mins+ only to find out once I get to order that they ran out of all their coffee syrups. They announced there were no more coffee flights (nbd I wanted just a pumpkin latte) but you seriously ran out of all coffee flavorings in a single day? It wasn’t even 10am yet on a Saturday.
I’m all for small businesses growing but the chaos that I walked in on last Saturday the poor employees look short staffed and stressed, the line filling the entire small cafe so people trying to dine have a bunch of butts in their faces and employees couldn’t move around.
They just aren’t ready to handle the amount of customers that their social media platform is bringing in. I just wanted a quick pumpkin latte so I went to Starbucks.

I typically either get a lavender latte or the sakura latte and either way it’s amazing! For the price you get a decent amount, the George Special is a really good size for the price as well, there’s always a bit of a wait but it’s worth it since everything is super fresh!

Bad customer service! We went outside to wait at a table with our number. We showed up around 10:00 to try the new coffee flights, which the employees said they ran out of. Okay fine but customers after us continued to receive these coffee flights after we ordered. So we continue to wait for the coffee we did order but watched as other people with numbers on their tables received their order. A bus boy came to clean up the trash and dishes from the previous customers and said he would be back to wipe the table and bring us our coffee. He never returned to wipe the table or bring the drinks. So at this point we go inside to see where or drinks are and they are just sitting on the counter melting. We ask an employee if those are our drinks and he says yes we called your name. Granted we had a number and were seated outside with others who had numbers on their tables and received their orders. What made the experience worse was the fact that the employee was trying to blame us for not hearing him call our name when we were clearly seated outside due to limited seats inside. The employees were so rude when we proceeded to ask for a refund. Not the first time I’ve been here but it will be my last time now.

I’ve frequented this coffee shop before and so I know how the staff and atmosphere usually is. Today I was going for their new fall flights which they “ran out of” but yet customers were still receiving this after my order was placed. I then proceeded to wait an hour for an order I barely wanted at that point, keep In mind I had a number which was sitting on the table. After an hour wait we asked the staff where our drinks were and a bus boy/ the cashier said he would bring them out. We continued to wait and nothing. Then we went in and seen our drink orders we’re completely melted and had settled. After bringing this matter up to a different employee he proceeded to blame us as the customer for not hearing our number or name called. Again I’ve been to this place before and so usually they associate your order with a number and as I previously stated our order number was on the table in which I was sitting outside. We then asked for a refund and the employee proceeded to blame us as the customer for not receiving our order. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. He didn’t even have the audacity to apologize. I’m very upset that they feel entitled enough to treat people like this. I won’t be back.

They had us waiting for an hour for our coffee saying they were calling our name inside when we had a number and were in the outside seating! The coffees were watered down, we got a refund! They said they had no more flight coffee’s and it was only 10am. Our table outside never got cleaned, the guy kept coming by and saying he was going to clean it but never did! I will NOT be back, Horrible experience! Do NOT go here, take your business somewhere else!
