Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love the cakes, perfectly moist and tasty. I wish their sweetness could radiate to the staff. They seem stuck up and unwelcoming. There is a need to improve customer service.

I’ve had the pleasure of shopping at the Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs, and both offer outstanding service. On May 24, I purchased three Single Towers as gifts for my son’s kindergarten teachers, and the experience couldn’t have been better, everything was perfect. The presentation was beautiful and it was ready right on time. Both stores are spotless and the customer experience is exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Great service, cakes are amazing. They have fresh varieties that you want to buy all the flavors honestly.

Unbelievably amazing place, super friendly staff. I ordered a cake 2 weeks ago but never got to pick up and when I came back they re-decorated and gave me another one for no cost even though it was my mistake not to pick up the original day. Thank you so much. We need more super friendly places like this

I will not be returning to this location. Outrageously terrible customer service. The lady at the front counter needs to retire or find another job. Customer service is clearly something she has ZERO knowledge about. I drove 45 minutes one way to come to support this business who clearly has no respect for their customers.

It's almost insane to say that every flavor is awesome and amazingly fresh. There's nothing like Bundt Cakes, promise. We lived in Vegas for 18yrs where it originated, now we are very fortunate to have one in our neighborhood in Lake Mary. The family will love it, give them a try.

OMGoddess! These mini bundts are the absolute best cakes that have ever met my palate!! Ridiculously moist and the flavor truly matches the description!

The bundts are always super moist and perfectly frosted. Whether you're celebrating something special or just treating yourself (which you definitely deserve), there are great flavors to pick from. Plus, the mini bundt cakes are dangerously cute—one bite, and you might end up with a whole box.

They are the best. I bought one of every flavor as a birthday gift.

Been to this location many times but if I see debbie at the register, then my whole mood switches, honestly probably the worst customer service i’ve ever received in a place. So unprofessional, impolite and blatantly rude, i’ve seen other reviews about her disrespect and am very disappointed. I hope that she gets this feedback and does better, because i’m thinking about not coming back here anymore.

A while ago I went to this location and had the worst experience . Swore not to go back but this morning me and my daughter decided to give them another try, sadly Mrs Debbie was there once again to give the same experience. Horrible customer service skills. Looks and treats you as if she is annoyed that you are there. Nothing like the winter park location and their amazing staff, that are always super helpful and friendly. Even though lake mary is the closest to home now I guess I can reaffirm that we won’t be coming back.

This is by far the best Nothing Bundt Cakes location. The cakes are always perfect and the customer service is top notch. I’m so thankful that this location is the closest to me!

Very cute, clean and neat bakery. Hannah was very sweet and welcoming and the cakes purchased were delicious. Will be back again soon.
