Slowest drive through ever! I love the food but itâs ridiculous how long the staff takes. I have waited as long as 15 min in the drive through with only two cars in front of me. I just donât understand. If they moved faster they would get so much more business from people that zip through Starbucks across it.

Bad customer service at the Lake Mary Paneras location. I placed an order at the drive-thru, but I was given the wrong order. Unfortunately, I didnât realize their mistake until I returned to my office 20 minutes later. I returned to the drive-thru and when I brought this to the staff's attention, no one offered an apology for the mistake. I had to ask her for an apology!
I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and basic courtesy was disappointing.

I just came home from picking up my food to go. I always love their food (although the value for how much you get for what it costs often is lacking). The girl attending the drive thru this past time overcharged me by over $4. She then proceeded to ask me to pull up, which they never do, and gave me my food. I do not have sufficient evidence to say for certain what she did was intentional, but I strongly feel that way. The way I was asked to âpull upâ I believe was so I couldnât look at the receipt (which said $4 less than what I paid) in the drive thru line. I only saw the receipt once I was home. She quickly walked away after handing me the food. I truly hope management sees this and she faces repercussions.
On May 27 2025 I drove 25 mis to take advantage of Tues Bakers Dzn $9.99 special as on this stores website (screenshot attached). They would not honor their advertised offer. This is clearly a case of false advertising and is a criminal offense. In addition to posting here I wiil also be posting to Yelp and reporting this to Panera Corporate, BBB and Lake Mary's chamber of commerce. I am a senior, a VN veteran who is FN TIRED OF BEING RIPPED OFF AND INCONVENIENCED.

Unbelievably childish behavior getting a to go order at 8:31 pm. First of all it was a problem getting a drink carrier and I was reminded I donât know where they are we are getting ready to close. One of the items I purchased was a bacon turkey bravo that says on the menu a drizzle of sauce. There was so much of the sauce it was soaking thru the bread when I got to the hotel across the street. Very childish employee irritated because I interrupted him because he was closing to make the sandwich inedible. Really needs to grow up. Unfortunately you tip when you pay not after you eatâŠâŠ I understand its hard to get help but this guy was not helping your business he was a total clownâŠ.

Delivery is TERRIBLE!!! Always late. Today my food was left next to the trash can in front of my building because I forgot to put the Suite # on the address. Instead of just calling me, they left the food in the hot sun next to a trash can NICE!!! Called over and was referred to DoorDash as that was who delivered it. I ordered from Panara - not DoorDash. Apparently, my delivery is not their problem. I need to take it up with the company they chose to deliver my food. NEVER AGAIN! Panara Bread in Lake Mary, FL. Can I please spent $20+ to wait an hour to find my food next to a trash can? Please???

Love the customer service they make you wait a little bit depending on the time you go like for example lunchtime is a little busy, but the food is so fresh good quality and great customer service They do not disappoint.
