I’m absolutely giving us a five star, forget that, 20 star review, based on the incredible service I just got from manager Danielle and employee Basado! At first, completely out of their control in the drive-through line, their credit card machine was not working! But they told me not to drive away without my food, and instead of wait while they restarted it, and luckily it ended up working! This would’ve been an incident that people would’ve absolutely bitched and moaned about, even though it was not an employees control for that not working! So I just want to give them both a huge shout out for staying calm with a drive-through line of at least 30 cars, and getting it back online and correcting it right away! They always have the best service in Seminole county in my opinion for a drive-through line and tonight was no different! To anybody in leadership reading this, you need to promote both of these employees ASAP! Their personable skills could not have possibly been any better! I recently visited the Panera Bread in Lake Mary for a hot café latte, and I was really impressed! Chelsie, the barista, was super friendly and made the latte exactly the way I wanted it. She took the time to get it just right, and it was perfect.
The service was great, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. If you’re in the area and in need of a delicious coffee or a quick bite, I highly recommend stopping by this Panera Bread. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Here is my $8 Chicken Roma Bagel vs. the advertisement- .. retrain your staff...seriously. Came with 5 slices of chicken & nothing else. Basically I paid $8 for a bagel. Other reviews show absurd portions. Clearly the manager doesn't care or is skimping on purpose to save on cost.
A little pricey. Soup and sandwich were both fresh and good.

Ordered 2 ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches online for takeout. Opened the sandwiches when I arrived home and both sandwiches were missing the ham. Sandwiches only had egg and cheese on them. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager and she left me on hold for 11 minutes and never came back to the phone. I eventually hung up and called back and spoke with someone else who assisted me. Very rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service.
