Something was very wrong with the bread bowl that I received yesterday at the panera bread at lake mary location. I made an order of three aoups to go. It smelled very funny...to a point where I could not eat it. I did not want to waste the soup that I had already poured in. After which, I had very bad stomach ache and digestion issues. I will NOT be returning to Pantera anytime soon. Sad because the broccoli cheddar soup with bread bowl is my favorite soup.

I go here all the time for lunch And today I really was craving bacon mac & cheese And I ordered a you pick two, broccoli and cheddar and the Bacon mac & cheese And I didn’t get any bacon, and I also ordered extra bread and I did not get that as well Just disappointing And the bread was really hard I didn’t check my to go order because I didn’t think mac & cheese and soup would be hard to do But it’s really expensive not to get half my order

The meal was delivered on time. I ordered the pick two chicken/rice soup and ciabatta sandwich with dipping sauce (french onion soup basically), but ONE slice of meat - nothing but bread for $8.29!!! Guess you can pay for extra meat ($3.39 add on - you may get TWO pieces of meat. Worse ever and very disappointing.

Super rude & unprofessional management today Sunday the 19th. My wife had one bite of her soup did not like it. She asked if it was possible to change it. She was told since she ate some of it she can get a smaller bowl lmbo. We will never go back to such a disrespectful place ever again. You should be fired, but it’s nice to know that I can just send anyone to get a job at this Panera location in Lake Mary.

Tried the new French dipper sand. Overpriced for sure. Had the full size. $16.65! About 3 oz of meat only. All bread and half cup of au jus to dip which seemed liked it was onion soup. Not impressed at all.
On the menu this morning, it shows a limited time only sandwich “the French dipper” & when I went to order this, I asked the employee through the drive thru, Noel, if this was a lunch only item or can I order this order now? Noel at first didn’t answer & when he did, he stated I don’t think we have that, I think that’s something new that they’re going to launch. Okay so you have something on the menu listed that people can’t actually order??? His whole attitude during the entire interaction, including when I pulled up to the window was “too bothered to be here”. Doesn’t greet you at the drive thru or anything. I’m not saying at 7AM you have to go above & beyond but you’re the first interaction in some people’s day & that left a bad taste in my mouth. Like at least have some decorum, some general human decency, like you literally work in a job that is people facing & servicing people. You get paid to this, the job was optional, you didn’t have to apply there if you’re going to act like it’s sucking the life out of you.

I was a paying customer in the dining room when I witnessed a manager completely belittling a young crew member. The crew member asked to go on break and the manager very rudely announced right in front of me that he couldn't go on break because HOW DARE THE DINING ROOM BE DIRTY FOR 30 minutes???? Idk manager why don't you do it. I'm a district manager for a food franchise and if one of my employees asks to break, especially if they worked most of their shift with out one, i will gladly take the headset and take over the duties that need to be done. Y'all were slow. You could have been a great example of a manager and treated your employee with proper respect and idk like a human.... Then this poor sweet young man just seemed so stressed out like he was given so many tasks to do and no time to do it. Horrible management. Horrible staff treatment. This happened on 8/25 at 730pm. That young man is AMAZING. If you wont appreciate him, I will.
