Rudest manager I have ever experienced in my entire life. I believe her name was Daniele. Needs to be fired asap or SERIOUSLY reprimanded. I was treaded like a little kid bothering her rather than a customer paying for food. Ridiculous!!!!

The lady who served me was the rudest worker I’ve ever seen at a restaurant period. I was told her name was Danielle, and she gave me attitude from the second I entered the restaurant. I understand I had basic questions about gift cards, but ignoring me and yelling at other workers saying I have to wait is not okay. Not only was she disrespecting me and my time, but she was being rude to other coworkers around her who wanted to help me. Throughout all of this, I tried to be respectful, because I am aware fast food can be stressful at times. But when I called her out respectfully, she actively mocked me, asking if I was going to be okay with the voice of a child. I rarely say this, but she was a genuine asshole, and deserves to written up at the very least. This is not acceptable customer service. This was all on 11/7/24, and everyone else tried their best to help me, she just stuck out as unacceptable.

I remember My bigger sister ordered from this location. We ordered a couple pizzas, about 3 boxes as per usual so me and my family could all eat for the night. My mother was away coming home from work. And We waited. and we waited. and we waited. and we wai- OK WHERE THE FUDGE IS THE PIZZA? It turns out, the deliverer. GOT INTO, THE WRONG. WAY, so we had to call so many times to check on the pizza. AND JESUS CHRIST Was It taking hours, we had to wait. til 12:00PM, HELL. EVEN FURTHER. FOR IT TO KNOCK ON THE DAMN DOOR, BY THE TIME IT HAPPENED EVEN MY MOM CAME BACK FROM WORK. JEEEZ, The pizza wasn't cold so that was fine.... If not for the fake SOME OF MY PIZZA WAS BITTEN AND EATEN AND THE GARLIC SAUCE SPILLED ALL OVER THE BOX. [thankfully none got on the pizza.] AND BESIDES, IT DIDN'T MAKE UP FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME I HAD TO WAIT. I'm only giving it 3 stars just because atleast It wasn't COMPLETELY Ruined. It was still half-decent. so whatever bruh

This place is ridiculous. They forgot to cut the pizza and when I called to request a refund because I rather throw the pizza away then burn my hands to tear it apart to feed my kids the supervisor told me that I can bring it in ... I paid a delivery fee already and I ordered delivery to save time because as a family we have other obligations like unpack in the new home we moved into.... Ridiculous customer service the supervisor should be ashamed. A billion dollar company can't even refund/credit a pizza due to their own errors. Strike this store choose somewhere else they can careless about your kids and your family!

First and foremost Warren is a true gem, this was my first time ordering at this location and as soon as I got to the store my pizza was just coming out of the oven. When Warren pulled the pizza out of the oven he said that it had an air bubble and that he could not sell me a pizza in that condition. I thought it was fine but not to his standards, he offered me the pizza for free and made me another right on the spot. Truly a great person with a kind hearted spirit who definitely cares about the product he presents and how the customer feels about the final product. I've ordered there 3 more times since with always an excellent experience.

I ordered from here and I messed up my address. I called the manager not realizing. We both assumed it was stolen as door dash had to deliver it. The manager here was quick to fix the issue. This being all my fault I have to say the customer service is top notch. These people at this location are really amazing.

Worse location to place order through! My partner and I decided to place a simple order for cheese pie. Not through door dash due to the service ALWAYS being sub par. So we figured logically placing an order directly through Papa John lake Mary location we'd would be getting directly from themNo third party. Welp finding out this is not how they do business and used door dash who delivered my order to someone else. They Did not even call the listed number to confirm the location of the Apt number. Or read notation of unit number! Called back store and some girl basically placed blame on the third party company they're using "door dash"and did not remedy the issue! Mind you this is our first time even attempting to have an order through Papa John's. I guess we will be never know what the experience is like bc we will not make the mistake another time with the company as a whole. As for the charge I already had to dispute charge with bank so that I wasn't robbed even more than my dignity of trying with people in this particular area altogether! Just close this location already!!!
