Ordered our pizza at 3:00 for 5:00 delivery 5:37 pizza not here and update shows driver will make one stop before ours. We called and the person that answered said let me get my manager. Woman gets on the phone starts telling us about how they are short handed, they are unloading a truck. Excuse after excuse a customer does not want to hear excuses. My husband kept asking can I plz speak and she kept going on and on finally she said yes you can speak then said but you weren’t quite while I was trying to explain our structure. She hung up and pizza was delivered 45 min late and crust was burnt. This person does not need to be in a managerial position she was awlful. Get it together and retrain. Will never deal with this store again!!

Ordered a pizza here that wasint cut when we got to the park we had to tare our pizza and it was so messy. Called and they gave me a pizza on them next order..... for it to not be cut again.... its funny but frustrating.

Shoutout to the employee working the front last night around 630pm when I was there. Place was packed busy for halloween and despit several impatient customers who were very rude, this employee was able to stand there and keep their cool amongst the amount of orders that they had last night

This pizzeria is super bad, extremely slow. If you take Uber or Dordash, I don't recommend it, as you can wait more than 20 minutes for your order. In short, I give it a star. I don't recommend it for anyone.

Lunch Break Gone Wrong I stopped in for a pizza during my lunch break, with plenty of time to spare since I get an hour. After ordering and paying, the clerk said it would take 10-15 minutes, which was perfectly fine.
A few minutes later, I was told the payment was still pending. I scanned my card again, but it was still pending on their end. To double-check, I called my bank. They confirmed the payment had gone through and even provided a transaction ID, which I showed the clerk. Their only solution was to ask me to wait while they made the pizza, hoping their system would catch up.
After waiting for another 15-20 minutes, I asked if my pizza was ready. To my surprise, the manager informed me they had cancelled the order because the payment was still pending on their screen. I showed them the bank's confirmation again, but they refused to acknowledge it.
What bothered me the most was that they could have told me about the cancellation much earlier, instead of making me wait for so long. I left without my pizza, frustrated and now on the phone with my bank to get my money back.

I just wanted to add pepperoni after I submitted the order. I literally thought they would just add it on the pizza. Instead, they edited my order and failed to tell me I’d have to be charged again when I get there. Because editing the order voided the money I paid already. He said my money would be back on 3-5 days. If you’re going to void my order without telling me, my money should be back immediately

It had been a while since I last ordered from Papa Johns, so I decided to give it another shot. Overall, it was decent. The cheese and sauce had good flavor, but the toppings were noticeably sparse, which was super disappointing.
What stood out to me most, though was the extra charge of 99 cents for the sauce cups. For the price of the pizza, I can't believe these aren't included. Charging nearly a dollar for a small sauce is ridiculous.
The pizza itself was fine, but nothing special. I likely won’t return unless it’s one of my only options.

Rudest manager I have ever experienced in my entire life. I believe her name was Daniele. Needs to be fired asap or SERIOUSLY reprimanded. I was treaded like a little kid bothering her rather than a customer paying for food. Ridiculous!!!!
