Worse location to place order through! My partner and I decided to place a simple order for cheese pie. Not through door dash due to the service ALWAYS being sub par. So we figured logically placing an order directly through Papa John lake Mary location we'd would be getting directly from themNo third party. Welp finding out this is not how they do business and used door dash who delivered my order to someone else. They Did not even call the listed number to confirm the location of the Apt number. Or read notation of unit number! Called back store and some girl basically placed blame on the third party company they're using "door dash"and did not remedy the issue! Mind you this is our first time even attempting to have an order through Papa John's. I guess we will be never know what the experience is like bc we will not make the mistake another time with the company as a whole. As for the charge I already had to dispute charge with bank so that I wasn't robbed even more than my dignity of trying with people in this particular area altogether! Just close this location already!!!

The only place I really order pizza from anymore, especially with the 1 topping carry out special. The pizza is always good, and whenever I pick it up the employees are nice and the kitchen is clean.

Order taker on the phone at the store kept getting my order wrong, so I called back to speak to the manager and she faked a little lie and told him I was rude to her, when it was the other way around. Mgr took her side without ever listening to the Call. I guess in this store the Customer is never right, even when the employee is lying. I guess All those negative reviews are spot-on.

They are suppose to accept orders till midnight. I placed my order at 11:15pm and they canceled it. Poor customer service and overall just lazy people working there.
I'm not sure if I should be doing a review as I didn't eat any pizza but my 17 year old daughter loves their pizza. She only eats cheese on it but she said it was very good. I also ordered dry wings with sauce on the side and they were not very good nor was the sauce. Quibble on delivery. I ordered it delivered at around 6:15 and it ended up arriving at 4:30. Not a place I would order from again unless the girl wants pizza. And I'll order at the time we are ready. I'm guessing they are on a par with the other large chains, so if that's what you're looking for then this might be the place, but not for wings.

Had Doordash deliver from this location. Ordered 2 of the 'so called 'New York' style XL pizza. The dryest overcooked pizza I ever had. I had to 'add' my own cheese because it was hardly no cheese on it. I'm from Jersey and ate NY style pizza often and it's an insult to give this pizza the same name. Never again!

*****UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW******. Papa John's did contact us to correct the issue with the order. So I have added a star. But still do not understand why the store reacted the way it did and we had to go through this for a simple fix in my opinion to the order.So we order there tonight and with 3 pizzas we ordered 3 COLD veggie salads. What came with the pizza is 3 HOT mess salads. When we called the store all they said was IT WAS THE CALL CENTER FAULT NOT OURS AND AND YOU GET WHAT YOU GET. Well Papa John's that is the last time we order from you and it seems your order center. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT!

mid pizza, pizza as soft as my grandpas dysfunctional erectile area. not great way too much sauce and cheese. i don't understand how this pizza is so floppy. y'all no cap it was dominos not papa johns my bad i'm changing my 1 star to 5 cause i've never been to this location in my life. The larges are now the size of medium, etc. Prices are higher and we get significantly less pizza. I’ll pay more but don’t try to take advantage or mislead me by switching the sizes up.
