The girl behind the counter had no answers to any of the questions I asked her about the chocolate or products. They don’t give samples and there is a reason if you tried it first you wouldn’t make a purchase . I did make a purchase which I regret, the chocolate taste like Michael’s craft store cheap chocolate they sell for melting . I thought it was super expensive for two items I got. I realised when I got home she charged me for very small two seashell solid chocolate which I never put on the counter or wanted . 5 dollars ? .
The “cat tails “ pretzel rod covered in caramel with pecans was stale the pretzel so soft and no taste to it, it just taste sweet not even like chocolate or caramel . Chocolate covered macaron was ok , again the chocolate is not good chocolate. If you are a real chocolate lover and appreciate the cocoa bean this is not “chocolatier” for you . The discount section in the store is selling products that expired in May … if the new product I bought was stale I can’t imagine the discounted expired ones . Don’t waste your money !

My husband purchased 2 gift cards at Peterbrooke in Lake Mary. The clerks had never sold a gift card before, thus it took awhile to set them up. Three weeks ago I went to the store and attempted to pay with one of them. The clerk did not know how to use it as payment and the card reader did not respond to it. She called the owner and eventually figured it out after 20 minutes. Today I returned to the same store to spend the other gift card. Different clerks, same problem except this time when she called the owner, she still could not get it to work and eventually the scanner / register shut down altogether. It would not even take my credit card. Twenty minutes of this and I left with no chocolate. If the store is going to sell gift cards, the staff needs to be trained.They should have been trained prior to gift cards being offered, but certainly after the first time the owner had to be called at home.

Disappointing. Do not buy a custom order. It is not the quality of what you see on display. Also, staff has poor customer service skills.

Everything looks good but the prices are outrageous, 15$ for a small bag of chocolate pretzels. They need to lower their prices and they would make so much more money.

Inexcusable. I can only eat white chocolate because the alkaline in milk and dark makes me sick. I bought 2 white chocolate marshmallows and even told the clerk I cannot have regular chocolate as I wish they had not drizzled it on a Twinkie. She told me I can call it in next time. What she did not tell me is that the stick in the white chocolate was dipped in milk chocolate and so was the bottom. All of this was hidden by the white chocolate layering. One bite and now my stomach is killing me and I am ill.

I received chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day this year. My son bought them from this location, they were prepared by Heather. They were the best chocolate strawberries I have ever had! They were decorated perfectly as well! I will be coming back for more!!
