Missing food and customer service is not helpful. Food was okay have had better in the past. Usually good, not durning busy hours.

Opened the box and to find a pizza that looks like it was carelessly crumpled and sat on. This is completely unacceptable.

This has been the worst location I’ve dealt with thus far. I’ve tried ordering here a few times since moving to the area. Each time the customer service and pizza seemingly get worse. Customer service when you call is unable to help with anything, they’ll attempt to transfer you to the store directly but good
Luck getting them to answer. So far the best one in the area is a little further up on Minnie Dr.

The pizza I received was disappointingly tasteless and served lukewarm, lacking the vibrant flavors I had hoped for. To make matters worse, it was missing key ingredients, particularly the banana peppers that were supposed to add a zesty kick. Additionally, I was expecting it to be cut into squares for easier sharing, but it arrived in huge slices. Overall, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I regret to say that I will not be returning as a customer.

If it is customer service you're looking for, try your best to only visit this location when the manager Cedric is on duty. He made sure to prepare our meal with diligence and in a timely manner. Above everything else, I noticed at a quick glace into the back kitchen area that the atmosphere was the cleanest I've ever seen. Thanks, Cedric!

Sooooo do not I repeat do not order from this location. I placed a online order here my delivery time was 7:27 the app said food was delivered so I called in to see what what's happening I was told the driver didn't have the address Lies I also was told at 8:00 that my food was being remade and sent out. Pizza came about a hour later and it was stiff and cold🤦🏾‍♀️. Called back and talked to a manager (Hailey) 3 times just to waste 2 plus hours and multiple remakes just to be not delivered. The store manager ( Hailey) blamed door dash. Naw son its a pizza hut issue.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut. Not only did they give me the wrong food (via a door dasher even though I ordered directly from them), but when I returned in person to return the incorrect order and get my order, the staff (specifically the manager Haylee) was incredibly rude and hostile towards me. I was polite and calm, but they treated me like I was the one at fault. I don't understand at all.

What made it even worse was how unprofessional they were in front of my nephew. Their attitude and tone were so disrespectful that I didn't feel comfortable trusting them to remake my order. In the end, I left without my food.

I've always believed in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was unacceptable. Pizza Hut, you need to seriously train your managers on customer service (and maybe hire people who have basic decency?) I will not be returning and I highly recommend that others avoid this location.

During my recent experience with Pizza Hut, I found the pizza to be fairly average in taste, especially when compared to the higher quality I've come to expect from other locations. It seems that the consistency in flavor and preparation wasn't quite up to par this time. Additionally, since Pizza Hut has partnered with DoorDash for delivery, I've noticed a slight decline in service quality. The delivery process felt less streamlined, impacting the overall satisfaction of my order. While there are certainly areas for improvement, I appreciate Pizza Hut's efforts in providing convenient delivery options and hope to see enhancements in both taste and service in the future.

I placed an order tonight at 11:24pm. When I arrived home we couldn’t even tear the slices apart. They gave me a super hard re heated pizza. I drove back to the store. I arrived at 11:55pm, I showed the two workers the pizza and how we couldn’t ever tear the slices apart due to how hard and cold the pizza was. The young lady had the nerves to tell me it wasn’t an old pizza and now they’re close (before midnight) and couldn’t re make me a pizza. She ended up refunding my pizza and never made me a fresh pizza.

Tried to order online but the website kept giving an error. Called in the same order. The person taking the order quickly repeated it back, gave me a price $15 higher than the website, then hung up before I could say anything. I went to the store and the service was worse. The lady came out from the back once to make an announcement about the problems they were having with staffing and AC. She was about to go back without asking any of the lobby full of people if they needed help when I stopped her to explain my issue. She was unapologetic and refused to honor the price. I didn’t rate the food because I never got any. The service was trash, though.
