The young lady managing the counter wasn't very friendly at all.
The store close at 8 and I was at the door at 723. I was refused service. It's still 30 minutes left. I can at least understand closing 5 minutes early but 30 minutes. This will be reported to corporate office.

Visit started out great. Husband, daughter and I all stopped for a quick treat. Enjoyed our smoothies outsole on their front balcony area. All was fine until I felt something different in my mouth. Took it out to find that it was hair. Informed the clerk who apologized- offered another smoothie but I wouldn't have finished it and we were on bikes. I was already half way through my smoothie. No refund offered. Will not be back.

Very misleading to say they have a drive thru!
Food poisoning!! I had one of the Acai bowls for lunch on an empty stomach and in 2 hours started feeling bad and was throwing up in my car all over everything. It was awful- I was so sick. Won't be back.

I walked into the very clean planet smoothie to pick up my order. Oops, I ordered my smoothie to be picked up at a different store. The owner's daughter was able to rectify the situation with a smile. She's very friendly and makes delicious smoothies. I will definitely be back.
Great employee, but she was alone and it took her a while.$8-11 / smoothie is a lot too.

I used to love coming here every day and recently came to get an Amazon bowl and there was plastic inside of it.

The reception gave me attitude for no reason. I was waiting in line but she took the order from customer behind me. Never back again wish give them zero
I stop here sometimes on a bike ride. The smoothies are always good. A little pricey, with generous servings. Staff is friendly.
