Exceptional meal, as always. The server and assistants were fantastic, and the Valet was quick and very friendly.

Jacob was great! Hostess were friendly and helpful, and the General Manager was attentive! Food was hot and fresh and yummy!

Food and service were excellent. Was a little disappointed that with the plentiful availability of tables that a foursome was seated at the table directly in front of our booth. Our birthday dinner celebration was somewhat affected. Price is very high, so will not be returning except for special occasions.

The building seems like you're eating in a converted dining hall. There really is no sense of decor. Everything is aged and it looks it. I had an 830 dinner reservation took nearly 20 minutes for me to even get my drink order in. I think there was a lot of concern with early cleaning and not enough concern with current dining. Management did not come out and check on my over 27 minute ticket once my food order was  placed with literally four other people in the dining room. The waitress came back and said they had burnt the first lobster, which I appreciated getting a quality piece of meat, but there was no management touch point at all, and I was just left sitting there. My total bill was nearly $200 for a single person eating. That's what I expected, but I expect to have a better overall experience start to finish. 

Thank you to the team for helping celebrate my husband's milestone birthday. The food was fantastic and the little touches of decorations greatly appreciated!

Food and service was exceptional. Eaten here before and tonight was a home run. Sophie was our server and she was phenomenal.

Dinner was outstanding as was the service. Everything was well prepared and served hot. Dinner was paced nicely; we never felt rushed. The server was attentive and very personable.

For the price the food was ehh at best. My wife could stomach her chicken because it was loaded with salt but the rest of the food was good but not worth the $$ at all.

Unfortunately not up to regular Ruth Chris level of food or service.

Waited an hour for appetizers. Finally got drink refills and one lady drinking sprite had water topped off in hers, asked three times for a new sprite and never got one.

Steak tasted great but 3 out of 5 at the table were cooked wrong, two mediums were well done and the well done order came the rarest of all three.

Had an amazing dinner with the family. The steak was cooked perfectly and the service was impeccable. Can’t wait to return in the near future!
