Ruth Chris is usually always a good experience. I do like the Lake Mary location more than others though

The food is always outstanding at Ruth Chris Steak House. But the taste maker wine pairing dinners are exceptionally excellent and they're always a class act.

Fantastic service, food and atmosphere! They have free valet parking available. Everything on their menu is prepared fresh and very flavorful. Service was first class and impeccable. They have an extensive cocktail and wine list and the atmosphere is very upscale and nice. I highly recommend!!

Not what it once was. For the price, you'd expect exceptional quality. Or most recent visit was lacking this. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to seat someone in a completely empty restaurant. Service was acceptable. Appetizer and drinks were good. Steaks, not so good. One was sub par. One seemed as though it was starting to turn bad. Meat textures were very loose as though they were soaked in tenderizer to the point that they were almost gritty. Lovely place. Just not worth the expense at all.

Exceptional service and always the best steaks. This is a large open space so not overly quiet when the dining area is filled up.

Food is tremendous all the time. Service is exceptional and a tie breaker with any other fancy steak house you may have visited

We have enjoyed eating at the Ruth Chris Lake Mary location many times and continually return because of the excellence in their food preparation, presentation and ambience. This time however, not so much. Our cocktails came way too late to really enjoy leisurely sipping. We ordered salmon with shrimp on a bed of spinach and also a cowboy ribeye cooked Pittsburg style. Salmon was ok but did not excel to RC standard. Very disappointed in their quality of beef this time; again, not to RC's usual standard and without sufficient heat and butter. For dessert we ordered a crème brûlée. Usually presented artfully in the middle of a dessert plate but not this time. Just placed in front of us m, cold in a small bowl with some fruit and pice of mint. Sad to see the creative part of the presentation was gone. The price, although we would gladly pay their prices and have, but this time way too expensive for this type of experience and it will be a while before we return for a $300 plus meal. We go to Ruth Chris for an extraordinary experience but did not get it this time.

Lake Mary Ruth Chris is so elegant. The decor and ambiance always make for a memorable evening. The food and service are consistently excellent, earning them a 5-star rating. Love it here.

Ruth's Chris is known for their stakes. The one item that they should have a perfect process for was the one item they messed up on. I asked for medium rare and it came well done. My husband asked for medium and 1/2 of the steak it was, the other half was well done. We had to wait about 20 mins to get a new one which by then I didn't really want it and had to take it home. By the way, our reservation was at 4:30 so there couldn't have been an excuse that they were busy, we were pretty much the only ones there. Also, we went there for the magical dining and what they offered for $60 was a scheme to get you in as it didn't come with any sides. By the time you add sides the better value was their 3 course meal off their regular menu, it was a little higher than $60 but at least it came with sides. For as much as you pay at this restaurant, I didn't leave feeling like it was worth it. I don't think I'll ever be back again.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We sat at the bar around 630, my husband wasn't greeted by the bar staff for at least 10 minutes. We sat down at the table around 645. We got greeted by one of our two servers within the first 5-10 minutes. We asked for bread and ordered drinks from the bar. We then did not see either of our servers for 45 minutes after ordering. At this time, 45 minutes later, was when we finally received our bread and drinks after grabbing a server who was not ours. Throughout the dinner this was the theme with our serving team. It would take 20-30 minutes to get drinks and order/receive any food. Our dinner took almost 3 and 1/2 hours. Completely unacceptable for a nice restaurant.

I'll start with the good. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were great. The sides came out perfect. Overall we really enjoyed the food. But, boy have they jacked up the wine prices. I was shocked to see an $17 bottle of wine listed for $77. Even the prices for a glass of wine are shockingly higher than ever before.....$52 for a 9 oz. pour of Caymus. As for the service, our primary server was Kaitlyn. Not sure if she had too many tables or what, but she was the least friendly and attentive server we have ever experienced at Ruth's Chris. She wasn't rude, just had zero personality and came by maybe twice during our meal. Could be labor savings from Darden taking over or maybe short staffed due to call outs. Honestly I'm not sure, but at the prices they charge I shouldn't feel that.

Ordered off the Magical Dining menu. Steak was good as was baked potato. Salad came with onion all in it after I specifically stated I had an onion allergy. Kitchen not paying attention. Cheesecake for dessert was dry and tasteless. Server did a good job. Overall, would expect much better from Ruth's Chris. Disappointing meal.

Wonderful evening with friends! On my recommendation, we went to Ruth's Chris. I had talked endlessly to them about how good the steaks are, and after their visit with me last Wednesday, the jury returned a unanimous 10/10 for excellent steak, service, ambience and an overall place they will all want to visit again in the future. Excellent service from the valet to our server! The food was phenomenal. Lovely ambiance. We really enjoyed our evening.
