Ruth's Chris Steak House

We've enjoyed Ruth's Chris in Lake Mary, Florida for years, and the manager, David, has always welcomed us warmly. He consistently makes us feel comfortable, and the rest of the staff works just as hard to provide the same exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

It was fantastic. It was nice and quiet. We sat in a booth. The way dinner is supposed to be enjoyed instead of being really loud. I could talk to the person that I was with.

Great service! The stuffed chicken never disappoints, and the wait was quick and efficient. True fine dining, with a beautiful ambiance and delicious food. The manager even came by to make sure everything was perfect. It was a wonderful Sunday family dinner experience, as always. I'll definitely be back!

We love Ruths Chris but last night was disappointing. Our guest ordered medium well steak and it came out medium rare. They delivered the wrong dessert to our table. They took away my guest's wine glass before they were done. The restaurant was not busy. Hopefully this was a fluke. Overall a poor experience for the price.

Our go to for a good steak. One thing was the music was kinda loud and not fully what we expected.

Ruth Chris is usually always a good experience. I do like the Lake Mary location more than others though

The food is always outstanding at Ruth Chris Steak House. But the taste maker wine pairing dinners are exceptionally excellent and they're always a class act.

Fantastic service, food and atmosphere! They have free valet parking available. Everything on their menu is prepared fresh and very flavorful. Service was first class and impeccable. They have an extensive cocktail and wine list and the atmosphere is very upscale and nice. I highly recommend!!

Not what it once was. For the price, you'd expect exceptional quality. Or most recent visit was lacking this. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to seat someone in a completely empty restaurant. Service was acceptable. Appetizer and drinks were good. Steaks, not so good. One was sub par. One seemed as though it was starting to turn bad. Meat textures were very loose as though they were soaked in tenderizer to the point that they were almost gritty. Lovely place. Just not worth the expense at all.

Exceptional service and always the best steaks. This is a large open space so not overly quiet when the dining area is filled up.

Food is tremendous all the time. Service is exceptional and a tie breaker with any other fancy steak house you may have visited

We have enjoyed eating at the Ruth Chris Lake Mary location many times and continually return because of the excellence in their food preparation, presentation and ambience. This time however, not so much. Our cocktails came way too late to really enjoy leisurely sipping. We ordered salmon with shrimp on a bed of spinach and also a cowboy ribeye cooked Pittsburg style. Salmon was ok but did not excel to RC standard. Very disappointed in their quality of beef this time; again, not to RC's usual standard and without sufficient heat and butter. For dessert we ordered a crème brûlée. Usually presented artfully in the middle of a dessert plate but not this time. Just placed in front of us m, cold in a small bowl with some fruit and pice of mint. Sad to see the creative part of the presentation was gone. The price, although we would gladly pay their prices and have, but this time way too expensive for this type of experience and it will be a while before we return for a $300 plus meal. We go to Ruth Chris for an extraordinary experience but did not get it this time.

Lake Mary Ruth Chris is so elegant. The decor and ambiance always make for a memorable evening. The food and service are consistently excellent, earning them a 5-star rating. Love it here.
