First WORST experience at a restaurant EVER. We had the most inattentive server on a very important night. The busser was more of a help then our server. She took the order and brought the check AFTER we asked the busser to find her. Sooooo DISAPPOINTED. Will NOT BE GOING BACK HERE.

Place is ridiculously over priced, quality of food was at home quality. Crowed, tables are placed to close together. Chairs are uncomfortable. We went for a dinner and it cost 435 dollars for 4 people getting steaks with no sides. salads and 4 drinks. Will never return and don't recommend to anyone. Outback steakhouse makes better food.

This location gives an older vibe. From the decor to the music. Our water had floating black particles and when we ask for another the server’s assistant returned with another jug with some more floating particles. At that point we gave up.The chicken was overcooked. The potatoes were over cheesy. The steak was just fine. Our server seemed bothered about the water complaint so we kept the rest of them to ourselves. There wasn't anything about the food that felt worthy of the price attached to it. It seemed as though they just had cooks in the back throwing out food vs. a chef who actually put love into each piece. The server offered us a complementary desert for the water which in my opinion isn’t enough. Why would we want more out of that loveless (and for all i know “dirty”) kitchen.

Our host was Manager David Thai who checked on our meals several times. We were a party of six with "diverse" food interests, and we were very happy with the way everything was prepared and served: hot things were hot, and cold items were cold. We especially like the new bread served with meals. It is more chewy and flavorful. The bread pudding dessert was remarkable for its texture and flavor. Yummy! Thanks again, David!

Two steaks came out cooked wrong, salad wasn't made as ordered. Plates were really sloppy looking. Server assistant had food for each person was in the wrong orders. Didn't bring sauce with steak . Really disappointed in a.$500 dinner

From checking in on our arrival at the front desk to leaving the restaurant our experiences were top-notch. Our server, Chela, and her assistant made sure that we were pleased with every aspect of our dining. The food was excellent and nicely portioned so we left the restaurant content. We're already looking forward to another visit.

Good dayI do not typically write reviews, but I must say that James Ryan provided above par services. His service, orientation and knowledge of the restaurant was excellent. He is also a bartender and a craftsman at his work. We will absolutely be coming back again.

First time trying this restaurant and im very disappointed… ordered a porterhouse for 2 medium well but it was very rare. Went back in to see if they can fix the steak in which the hostess said they can put it back on the grill which threw me off as I don’t think that’s very sanitary since I’ve already cut into it and tasted a piece but I said okay to it. Fifteen minutes later she came back out with the steak this time it was very much over cooked kinda burnt and had a tuna taste. Didn’t feel like wasting my time going back in a third time so 120 bucks down the drain. First and last time coming to this restaurant.

I started changing my habits with Ruth’s Chris lately. Not treating it so much as “special dinners” [although i still do that] but more casual and more frequently - for light dinners.Took my son for his first ever taste of the Lobster Mac and Cheese - and he devoured it. I do too when i order it - it’s that good - and only about $25 or so -totally worth that.As for the atmosphere, the main dining room is as formal/stuffy “feeling” as it ever was. Wish they had a room for more casual with plants and such and a bit more light - for the times i was out all day and kinda grubby but want to eat there anyway.val

I’ve been to Ruth Chris many times, but unfortunately, this experience was not memorable. The server was excellent, but the steaks were underwhelming to say the least. I don’t know if this has occurred since Darden purchased the restaurant, but I got the ribeye steak, which cost $67. Outrageous because this piece of meat was far less than 16 ounces, and it was very fatty and chewy. I could go to a butcher and get a better cut of steak for less than $30. Ended up getting a side of potatoes au gratin, the first dish came out in the center was completely cold, and the potatoes were undercooked. Had to send that back for a new one, and it just lacked flavor and still wasn’t very warm. For two individuals the bill was close to $300, I definitely could’ve eaten at the Outback and probably had better food and a way cheaper bill. Very disappointing. I’ve not eaten at outback for many years, but I could’ve spent my $300 on a far better experience at another restaurant. Also, wanted to make note that I used the women’s restroom while I was there, and it had no toilet seat protectors, the restrooms were extremely dirty, there was dust all over the vents, and on the back of the doors. The toilet itself was not clean, and the floors looked like they had not been properly cleaned for days at least. It is vital to have a clean restaurant, especially the bathrooms. Definitely need to hire a company and do some deep cleaning in there - surely Ruth Chris can afford proper cleaning considering the cost of the steak, and I’m sure they’re not sourcing this meat from a ethical farm, with grass fed grass finish beef. That was clear on the taste and cut of the industrial meat..
