347 Grille by Coach Shula

Overall experience was very good and we will return to try out their happy hour menu as well. The Au Gratin potatoes appeared and tasted like an easy made box you would buy from a super market. The cheese burgers were over cooked even though we asked ahead of time to be sure they wouldn't be charred. We had to get a replacement meal instead of a new burger but it got handled quickly. The Coffee & Chili Pork Chop, Filet Mignon and Crab Cakes were great. All that said I still recommend but believe the cooking could benefit from some improvements.

Kyle was fantastic. Service was superb. Ambiance was nice with decor and style. Food was good but sautéed mushrooms were very plain. No seasoning at all. Otherwise steaks, crabcakes and dessert was really good. Would recommend to others for sure.

The fixed NYE menu was very good. My friend and I have the prime rib dinner, and it was excellent. Our server Andrea was very good as well. Always a pleasant experience at 347 Grille

Delightful as usual we were greeted by several Managers which was great thanks for bringing back the bread service and the temperature was not freezing like it frequently is so that was nice. We come every Christmas

We eat often st Shula's 347 Grill and always on Christmas Day. The menu this year was extremely limited with not enough choices, i.e., only one poultry option. While I realize they are mindful of it being a holiday meal, in the past, they always had a much more varied menu. The dessert menu was extremely lacking as were the appetizers.

We ordered the filet. Was cooked perfectly! The butter at this restaurant is outstanding! And our waiter was great! Wonderful experience.

Our waitress is was great. She had so many challenges to deal with but, her service was outstanding. The kitchen was slow in getting our food prepared and steaks were completely undercooked, which added a considerable amount of extra time waiting. The table cloths extended down to the floor and it was difficult getting our legs/knees positioned. The table was pushed up to the glass windows which added to the hassle with sitting. It was a special occasion so we just dealt with some of the inconveniences.

Food was mediocre and not that good overall which was disappointing! Ambiance was nice and service was good.

Bridgette was kind hostess. Japanese chicken wings were amazing. blackberry margarita not so much lots of seeds.

Have been here several times with big office groups. Went with just one additional person this time and have to say food was underwhelming. Service was excellent by for the price of the food you would expect better quality. Steak was overcooked and looked small, baked potato looked like I could have gotten it at Wendy's and was expecting the mushrooms to be mixed with the steak but they were on the side like a side and were not that tasty. Overall presentation was again underwhelming. If yo are going to charge Capitol Grill prices make are presentation and quality matches it.

I loved the customer service and the food was dynamic, the hostess and the waitress were very attentive.

My friend and I were in town to celebrate a birthday. Our meals were both delicious. Our waiter was attentive and yet didn't hover, (which we appreciated )).. The entire staff signed a birthday card for my friend, which we thought was an extra special touch!

Ended up sitting at the bar but had a great time. Dawna and Steven were both quite friendly and attentive. We had good moderately priced cocktails and the food was great. We had a big wedge salad, mini crabcakes and 2 orders of blackened steak tips.

Excellent value on drinks during happy hour, we enjoyed a flight of wine (mine was white and my friends was red) and then a flight of martinis and a glass of wine - all for $4 each! The food was lovely, very tasty and moreish. We sat outside and unfortunately got bitten to bits. All in all would definitely recommend.
